CHAPTER EIGHT
The next morning, Nicole's eyes fluttered open slowly. She woke up wrapped in Jake's arms. She blushed as she remembered what had transpired after her heat episode. Jake had taken her to newer heights, heights that she had never seen or even dreamt of before in her entire life. He was careful and patient and respectful of her innocence and was more than delighted to be the first man to ever bring her pleasure. Countless times, they had brought each other pleasure in a way that could not be mistaken. Finally, he had marked her, bringing them such intense pleasure that had both surprised and frightened her. Whether lust or love, she had enjoyed every moment with him. The same could be said for her wolf, who hadn't stopped purring since the night before.
