I kept Elena's concerned face as Ash collapsed into fitful slumber at last, which was filled with the racing of my thoughts on what he had revealed. A True Alpha, suppressed as an Omega all of his life. The tactical advantages of such a masquerade were immense, and the psychological toll from living that lie told both about his current instability.
