“This is only the beginning,” Luca says smiling as he watches the news
“Here is what you asked for,” Daxton says and hands him a small box.
“Is there anything else you want me to do?”
Luca opens the box and cross-checks the contents.
“Yes, deliver it to Mia’s residency”
“Yes sir” Daxton carries the box and leaves his office.

Meanwhile at the Peterson’s house.
“Feeling better now” Mr Ezra asked as he made his way into Alexander’s room
“Yes, uncle, I’ll be going to work tomorrow too”
“It’s only been two days since well,…what happened, happened. It’s okay if you need more time to get over it before going to work.”
“Uncle Ezra I appreciate your concern but I’m not letting petty rumors get to me, I’m going to go to work tomorrow and sort everything out”.
“Okay sure”

Meanwhile, back at Mia’s apartment, she receives the box Luca sent her earlier. It was a red small box. She untied the pink ribbon that was tied to it. As she opens the box, she sees flowers, chocolates, a jewelry set, and a card that reads
“Will you be my girlfriend XoXo Luca”
She smiled shyly, after a while as she texted Luca “Sure” Then Luca replied to her message with a heart emoji.

The next morning Alexander and Mia set off to work.
As soon as they get to work Alexander calls for an immediate board meeting.
“Can someone tell me exactly what happened at my appointment event”
“ Allegedly it was said that our company was copying Gastro’s company game designs,” Mr Hopkins says
“What game designs exactly?” Alexander asked
“It was said we copied their game designs ranging from the “shadow quest” video game, “galactic rumble” video game, and also our latest game that we are about to launch” Xander the head of the management team added.
“ They are claiming we copied their design for the “Mystic Legend” video game too?!!” Alexander asked furiously
“Now people are thinking that we did it because no one would ever notice we had copied designs from a smaller company since they have a much smaller audience than us” Mia added too
“Hmm,…Are they suing?” Alexander asked as he tried to cool himself down
“Well, we’ve not heard anything of that sort yet” Miss Emily, the chief marketing officer responds.
“ So they drop an allegation and vanish from the face of the earth as if nothing happened?” Alexander asks “Can I get information on the owner of this company” he continues
“Owners,…it is co-owned by one Mr. Hastings and Mr. Ophile,” Xander says
“ I'm listening,” Alexander says urging Xander to continue
“Well while we don't don't have much information on Mr. Ophile yet as he doesn't have much information online we do have on Mr. Hastings” Xander continues
Mia checks her phone immediately as she gets a notification and goes ahead to whisper to Alexander “You have a meeting with the venture vest investors in 20 minutes “
“This meeting is adjourned,” Alexander says as he declares the meeting ended for the day and proceeds to prepare for his next meeting.

In the lavish ambiance of the Savanna Hotel, Luca and Mia's hearts intertwined in love and found solace in the privacy of their shared hotel room. As the soft glow of the bedside lamp illuminated the room, their gazes met, filled with anticipation and affection. The air was thick with the sweet fragrance of roses that adorned the room, setting the perfect scene for a romantic evening where time seemed to stand still for the two lovers.
“Since we’ve been dating for a while it's time for me to open up to you about something” Luca breaks the ice.
“Okay,” Mia says lovingly
“I didn't tell you everything about me and your boss Alexander”
“Okay?…” Mia says intrigued
“ I plan on paying him back for what he did to me in the past and I need you to help me too”
At this point, he notices Mia is a bit discomforted but he continues however.
“The plagiarism allegations were my doing, but that's just the beginning, I plan to bring his company down to nothing”
“B..b..but why?” Mia asks as she is shaken up already
“ He tarnished my name in the past, made me start from fresh with no help while he went to handle his dad’s company and even now he's a CEO already…I’m not letting him get away with it”
“It’s already bad enough I’m dating my boss’s enemy, you want me to help you take him down too?”
“Yeah Mia, you’d do that for me right?”
At this point, Mia couldn’t take the whole discussion in anymore.
“I…I have to go” Mia says as she picks up her bag.
“Mia!!!, Mia!!!” Luca shouts to stop her but Mia ignores him and walks out of the hotel room.
