42. A DRIVE An open road ahead, A beautiful girl right beside, Music blaring. The windows pulled down, Her red hair, undone, Flying in the wind, She’s struggling to tie it up behind her. After lunch, we’re both drowsy, Even the sun is yawning with us, It’s a lazy afternoon. Driving by the countryside, The air is light and fresh, Spring is almost here. The road is empty, Cruising aimlessly at a relaxing speed, Smoking cigarettes under the open air. A bag of snacks strewn untidily on the back seat. Dark shades cover her eyes, Her brown legs reflecting the beams of the sun as she raises them and casually rests them on the rolled down window, A special glow in them, Their smoothness enhanced by the sunlight.
