I couldn't believe that Amaka's aunt would threaten to call the police on me. She told me that Amaka was sent away by her parents because I got her pregnant and refused to take responsibility for it.
"What am I going to do now?" I asked myself as I drove ahead to my company. My head was messed up, and with my father's threat, I knew that I had to come up with something to make Amaka forgive me, but who do I speak to that could help me talk to her on my behalf?
Well, even if it was not that my parents had insisted that I try to make up with Amaka and bring my son back home to them, I knew that I was affected by seeing Amaka again. I truly did miss her, but I was not brave enough to say it to her face.
