Nina's POV:
I arrived home the previous day and told my mother all that had happened. I hadn't even gotten the chance to go to Joseph's house to pick up my car and my box of clothes.
I just went home straight, and my family wasn't happy about the news, especially after I told them that Joseph had another woman he was interested in and probably had a child.
"So, what do you want to do about it, Nina?" Mom asked, and I was speechless.
"I don't know, Mom. I cannot marry Joseph again, and I will move on," I said. My mother comforted me to stop crying, and after a while, I went back to my room to think about the whole thing.
