Cade heard sounds of fighting outside of her tent. She quickly got dressed then went out of her tent to witness Kain’s Ice Gargoyle chop Chas’s head off. She asked in a screaming tone, “Kain! What have you done!?”
“Professor Lawson, this d**k’s head refused to tell me where Sofia went. I didn’t see her when I came to start guarding the second watch. It had been more than ten minutes and he still refused to tell me where Sofia disappeared to.”
“You can’t just go killing an Army Sergeant like that. Stand aside.”
Cade casted [Resurrection] spell on Chas to revive her. Then she asked, “Chas, tell me where did Sofia go? Which direction? It’s very dangerous to roam around the magical forest at night. You understand that, don’t you?”
