  Tristian's POV   "I've come to get my things," I said, trying my best to avoid looking into her eyes. Looking at her made me weak, and the last thing I wanted was to break my resolve.   At that same moment, she seemed to have gotten control over herself. She was starting to plead again, and I shoved my way inside her apartment, knowing that I was going to be listening to her beg all day long if I didn't do what I did.   "Tristian, you have to forgive me. Whatever I did, I regret. I promise it won't repeat itself ever again."   I began packing my clothes into a duffel bag, doing my best not to look in her direction. All I wanted was to pack my things and get out of her life and I wondered why she wasn't realizing that we were done, that whatever we had shared in the past was a mistake
