Chapter 2

Vince P.O.V 

I have need looking for the past 4 year fo my mate the one person that will love me and the one person that I can love with my everything...ugh I dont know how long I can keep going to the gathering .They get more trying ever time ..but I keeping going for my dad and my pack . 

I push away from my desk if I am going to go I have to get ready now. 

As I make my way to the stairs I walk past my bestfriend and my beta  Nick and his mate Lola ...all they are doing is laughing  and a movie but it makes me wonder if I will ever have what they have ..true love .

Once I get to my room I get on my  nice jeans and a black shirt  ...I know I look intimidating but ti is how I am . 

It is just over an hour drive to the pride lands but ot felles like it takes forever. But it is not just me I have drugged  along Nick because I dont trust everyone that will be here .As we arrive I get out of the car..I dont plan on staying long just anufe to say that I was here .

About 2 hours in and no one is talking to me so  i let Nick know that i am going for a walk .i walk to the back of the house and I can sell cinnamon 

(mate ...mate ) my wolf yells at me over and over .

I fallow the smell but as I get closer I smell blood mixed with it.  The smell brings me to what looks like a door to storage but when I open the door I fond ther laying down I a pool of her blood ..I dont know wat to do all I can is "NICK!!" I yell  ," get a doctor !" I tell him as I carry her un to the sitting room.

I dont know when I picked her up but I am glad I did when the doctor can in to the roo.all I can thank is dont die yet . I  will protect you .

"We have to take her to surgery!" The doctor is telling me 

"Will my mate be ok ?" I ask as I kiss her forehead and back away 

"Alpha and Luna May ...Whay happend to my mate ? I asked them as I try to control my temper. 

"Well you see she like to start fights with the other members of our pride so that is probably what happed." Luna may said .

"You better hope she lives " I say with ever once of anger u had in me and walk away to sit and wait for 

MY mate to get out of surgery.
