6 Hidden secrets

When I finally come to I look around to see I am in a motel room, I’m still fuzzy but I look around and I seem to be alone. Then I see a figure next to the far wall with a blanket over it. I walk over and pull it off, Elliot? He must still be frozen, the girls must have brought him along. But why did they knock me out and leave him like that? There are so many questions my head is spinning I had to sit back down.

I look around more aware now taking in my surroundings and I am sure there is no one else. I get up wobly and slowly walk to the frozen image of Elliot. I see his face wondering what Maggie did to him and that’s when I touch his hand and feel those sparks again. There’s something in my gut twisting like a to pull towards him. I have study his face a little and find this urge to kiss him?.. With out thinking I find myself leaning in and wanting to see how his lips feel. I think im stil out and dreaming so I dont stop myself, I want to feel him close. When I reach his lips there is a small pleasant heat. Then I feel his hand come to touch my face. It’s like the Fourth of July, we get lost in the moment. I relize I wasnt dreaming and whatever Maggie did to him is gone. I dont want to end the best kiss of my life. With a little gasp for air we break our kiss and he takes both hands and hold my face and looks deep into my eyes with so much love and excitement.

That's when the girls walk in and they squeal.. loud. I can’t tell if it’s from surprise or because they are kind of scared. I don’t move, I feel the blushing coming on from the kiss. I close my eyes and secretly wish that I had more time with him. I decided to turn around face my friends and Elliot is right behind me.

Maggie: “how did you unthaw?? You were frozen.”

Cathy: “true loves kiss really does breaks all spells.” Cathy mumbles

That’s just like Cathy always knows what happens when she’s not there. Maggie looks a uneasy with him being free, but she doesn’t say anything. After a second of awkward silence I start in.

Me: “would you two like to tell me what is going on?!?! And why you knocked me out!?”

I use my mom voice, which they never seem to ignore. Cathy bows her head and Maggie steps back a little. Maybe I did yell a little louder than I meant. But I’m still furies and I won’t show I'm sorry yet, I want answers. That’s when Elliot comes behind me and places his hand on my waist and starts rubbing little circles on my lower back. Then whispers in my ear.

“Luna it’s ok, they mean no disrespect. We will figure this out.”

It settles me down a bit, but I still don't understand why he calls me Luna. But Lord the sparks this man has on me..

Elliot: “Can we all please calm down and sit down, we have lots to discuss. And you two please don’t try anything more. My men and I will do nothing to hurt you.”

That’s when the thought of the others comes to mind. Those guys are probably roaming around our camp clueless what is going on.

Me: ”Where are we? And we’re are the other guys at?”

Maggie: “We are at some motel out side the mountain, and those dogs? they are probably looking for all of us about now. It’s been almost 5 hours sense we ran into them.”

Me: "I was out for 5 hours?!? and Elliot was frozen for 5 hours!"

Cathy: "Maggie and I have a plan now, and we brought you food knowing you would be up soon."

Hearing that made me realize we hadn't finished breakfast when they came into camp. The next sound that came was my stomach growling, the girls laughed and I couldn't help but join in. The amusement took some of the tension away from the room. Cathy slightly held up a bag of food and I gingerly took it.

Me: “how about we all sit down, and discuss what everyone is not telling me.”

Cathy: “Maggie needs to do all the explaining, she could do it better than me.”

Elliot: “look I need to tell my men we are safe and that they need to stand down. You all are welcome here, you came with our Luna you won’t be harmed. I’ll call them and let them know.”

Cathy: “wait a second. We kidnaped you! they will be pissed and not let any of us go!”

Maggie: “Cat can’t you tell he is the alpha they must obey him. Regardless of what they feel”

Cathy: “oh trust me I knew that, but you didn’t see the look the blond hunk gave me.”

Elliot let out one little laugh, then turns his attention to the two girls by the door and gets a straight series face.

Elliot: “I promise they won’t harm you. I'll tell them I'm fine and tell them to pack your camp, you all will come to the pack with us. but I think you Miss Maggie have some explaining on why my Luna smells of such power and she is very unclear on what she is.”

Me: “Again I’m right here. Talk to me too.”

Maggie: “Long story short, my coven were friends with Kimberly’s family. Her mother was of Alpha blood while her father was half wolf half human, but had no wolf. When they left the pack for discrimination against her mate, that's when they asked the coven that we suppress Kim’s wolf and let her have the human life her father had. They visited a few times to the pack but when Kim’s uncle. Alpha Holden took over he thought it would be best if they stopped coming around and let things go back to normal. So they did, they were human and when Kimberly became of age to get a wolf everything went together and she stayed human. I met Kim several years before I knew everything. It wasn't until her parents passed that I was put in the know.”

Cathy: “With my parents being rouges I had no idea, until Maggie told me when she found out. Knowing if they ever undid the spell or something happened to make it untangle I would need to help."

Elliot: "Why is your family rouge?"

Cathy: "My dad lost is first mate, Alpha Hayden kicked him out saying he hurt pack memebrs. He was fighting the bond break, and was sparing. He was the top worrier while his first mate was poisened by we dont know, and she was with his first pup. When he went rouge he thought hed die and he was ok with that he says... But he was admited into a hospital one night in a town near by. He was hit on a bridge at dark. The nurse happened to be a wolf and his second chance mate. The rest is history, we stayed close to the pack for safty. But we were never welcomed back."

Elliot: "Thank you for trusting me enough to tell me the truth."

Maggie: “Andrea who was supposed to b with us this week, is another in the coven. She has no clue about Kim either but her parents were apart of the spell to keep her wolf asleep.”

Elliot: "I see, well that answers most of my questions. Kimberly, are you ok?"

Me: "This is all a lot to take in... I need some air."

Within a blink of an eye I was out the door and down the street. I didn't know I could move that fast, it could be from my adrenalin racing. There is no way this is all true.

*back in the room*

Maggie: "Let her run off her steam I have a tracker that allows me to always know where she is."

Elliot: "You are a clever witch. Ok, give her an hour. Then when you meet back with her call me."

Elliot grabs a pad of paper and pulls a pin from his shorts and writes down his cell number. Cathy reluctantly takes it and puts it in her pocket.

Cathy: "One thing no one probably thought about. Kim now has the arura of an Alpha, the spell is gone with the kiss, which means tonight with a true full moon she will shift and get her wolf."

Maggie: "Your right.. we don't have time to reignite the spell either, she is going to need us tonight."

Cathy: "It has been a month sense I let Cora out to play, she is excited!"

Elliot: "Ok change of plans. I will go get my guys and pack your camp, you find her and bring her back to this room call me when your here and I will pick you guys up to head to the pack territory."

With a silent nod they all left the room.
