The rest of the workweek stretched on without revealing much information about Adriana's murder. Sharon spent Thursday and Friday on the computer, typing in various combinations of words she thought might bring up valuable clues. Saturday was generally her day off, but she spent six hours searching through old deeds and newspaper clippings at the library. That night she passed out before having dinner and did not wake up until a little after six a.m. the next day. Sharon kept her morning alarm for 6:30 a.m. Mass, habitually every Sunday, even if she was working late at night on Saturdays.
