Alejandro's POV
“From now on, you don’t speak unless I tell you to” he instructed, his words coming in low tones.
I stopped in my tracks.
This was a turn on for me even though it goes against the way I have lived my life, I always hated being told what to do, worse if you told me how to do them. I still hate that but here I was taking it all in like a good boy, like a champ.
“You don’t move unless I say so. You want to stay alive? You follow me.” he barked
“Then teach me how.” I said, trembling whilst wondering why I said that.
I saw the way he recoiled when I said those words. It was a double edged sword after all, changing him and me at the same time.
He was tongue tied and the silence that followed after proved that.
I cleared my throat to get things moving as we remained silent long enough to make things awkward.
“Oh, right.” Miguel snapped, “Come with me.”
He grabbed my hands and pulled me with him, I made my mouth to tell him he was shirtless.
“Did I hurt you?” He asked as he led me down the stairs.
I shook my head, “I'm right where I want to be” as I stared at his bulging chest, “I'm fine”
He led me to a desk room and flipped the light switch to reveal a tool shed with guns everywhere— in every corner there was a gun hanging, existing.
“Where are we?” I asked, a little bit shaken. I have been opportuned to visit military bases due to the nature of my job, but never have I even been in a room with this many guns before.
“The weapons room, didn't it strike you a bit off to be in a mafia house with no guns in sight?”
I shrugged, “I mean —”
Miguel let out a small smile, the only one I've seen him have in days, “Come see this.”
He took me to a table that stood in the middle of the room, pulled a chair for me to sit on and went straight to a cupboard at the other end of the room.
He typed in what I assumed to be a passcode and the doors swung opened to reveal more guns.
“How many guns does one need?” I asked under my breath to which he replied, “about this many.”
He grabbed a duffel bag and flung it to the table in front of me. If I didn't know better, I would say he was showing off.
He walked up to the table and unzipped the bag, its contents bursting out and spreading across the table. They were dismantled gun parts.
I relaxed in my chair, this was one show I would not forget in a lifetime.
He stood under the isolated bulb that hung over the table and got to work. His muscles bulging and relaxing at intervals.
Each time the parts made a click sound he smiled with satisfaction while I just sat there enjoying the view.
One time he took the few parts he assembled and struck a pose— like was aiming for something— and nodded his head like he was saying “perfect”
Beads of sweat trickled down his face all the way to his chest but they were not as beautiful as the ones glistening on his back.
He once turned around to get something and I found it hard to breathe. This man was perfect.
I was ready to let him have me there and then, the only problem? The guns. He might as well point one to my head. I knew better than to read meaning into little things and gestures.
“You're really good at this.” I said.
He smiled and answered without looking up from what he was doing, “thank you, if there was anything I am good at, it has to be this.”
I smiled, “I can see that for myself”
“Here!” He said tossing a couple of dismantled parts to me, “why don't you try assembling this, it was my first gun and it is quite simple.”
“Oh no, I don't think I want to,” I protested.
He dropped the parts in his hands and walked slowly to me, “you won't or you can't?”
I gulped, was it just me or did this room get a bit hot and airtight? “I can't couple a gun.” I answered.
“That's not problem, I'll teach you, come on”
I stood up slowly while stood behind me, his huge frame towering over mine.
“I don't think that's necessary” I protested, he did not listen as his slow calculated steps drew him closer and closer to me till he stood behind me.
I wanted this, but I was more concerned about my body betraying me and how he would react, either way my concerns where of not concern to him
“Here,” said at last as he dropped the cold steel frame of a gun in my palms. While he enveloped me in his huge body frame. “Let's get started shall we?”
