Abused and Rejected

Chapter 2

There's shouting,screaming,cries for help. I'm running to the voices,but with each step I take they get farther away. I finally reach the cries for help,there faint but I can still hear them.

That smell...so strange,thick,sweet. I know that smell its blood,but from who? I look around there blood and lots of it,on everything...everywhere. I follow the faint cries to a room and stop so does the cries.

'Go in,see who's cry for help that is' my wolf Scarlett said I open the door and cry out at the sight in front of me.

My family ripped to pieces in front of me,mom,dad,Ellie,Cassandra,everyone I loved. 'Who would do this to my family? What would do this?' I ask my wolf.

'I don't know...the babies!'

'What babies?'

'Lily's!' There was another faint cry from in the room. I go to it and found one of Lily's babies 'It's Aria,but where's her twin Jake at?'

'I don't know.'

Something touches my shoulder and I scream turning around. My brother is standing there bleeding.

"Your not safe here you must leave!" Mike said.

"Bubba what did this,who did this? I found Aria but where's Jake?"

"He's gone. Keep Aria safe you must leave now"

"No not without you!" He falls to the ground and I kneel beside him "we can find help"

"No go now!"

The dream changes and I'm running again. Aria safe and I'm running from what ever killed my family. I trip and fall looking around I see a big black wolf running straight for me, jumping in the air and bared its teeth...

"Papa!" I scream shooting up in my bed shivering and crying, pulling my knees to my chest wrapping my arms around them. "Papa!" I hear foot steps running down the hall and my door flew open hitting the wall. In the door way is my father,he rushed to my side pulling me in his arms.

"Shh it's all right. I'm here, your safe." He said as I cried in his arms.

"I-I tried papa, I really did try. I was to late he killed them all, I'm sorry." I whispered in his shoulder.

"Who?"

"The black wolf." Moments later I'm asleep again.

I'm awaken by ice cold water being poured on me. I look around when my eyes land on my best friend Cassandra, her green eyes meet my blue ones and I jump out of bed as she runs out the door. I chase her down the stairs and out the front door before I tackle her in the grass. She tried to wiggle out from under me but I had her pinned down so she finally gave up.

"Why'd you do it?" I asked sitting on her stomach.

"Do what?"

"You know what."

"No I don't know what,what did I do?"

"You poured a bucket of ice cold water on my head. Why would you do that?"

"Why wouldn't I do it?"

"Did you not see that I was sleeping?"

"You were sleeping?" Now she's just playing dumb and I rolled my eyes.

"Stop doing that!" I yell at her.

"Doing what?"

"Answering a question with a question."

I stand up and help her up off the ground. We go back in my room and I get in the shower. When I get out I put on a long black skirt with a white spaghetti strap shirt and some flats.

"Can I do your hair?" Cassandra asked as I sat down at my make-up stand.

"Sure" My hair stopped at my waist and its a reddish brownish color. She blow dries it then flat ironed it,putting it up in a perfect bun.

"There you go."

"Thanks now come on we're going shopping."

"Can we bring Nick and Mike?" She grabs her purse.

"Sure and Lily's coming too."
