The Top 10

After running for few minutes, they finally arrive at Halo village. Ryan and Thalia show their excitement when they saw the village. Since Thalia can’t walk, Ryan explores the place with Thalia on his back. They went further into the village finally saw something unusual. They saw broken and crushed house everywhere they go. Teo is now whining about his back problem as an adult, begins to look around and discover a better-looking shelter. 

The house had no door but good thing it’s the only building that doesn’t collapse yet. Ryan rests Thalia against the wall, seated, and searches for a medkit. Teo helps Ryan but was unable to find anything and decide to use his power instead. 

“What are you doing?” 

“Using reverse and see if it’s working.” 

A red aura surrounding him as he reverses Thalia’s foot condition. She smiles happily and stands up to test her leg. Happy with the outcome, she runs out and explores more. Ryan stands next to Teo and sigh.

“Wait, where is the bow that I got before the game start?“ 

He checks his pocket and looks at Teo. Teo shows a cocky smirk and pulls out a stick that transforms into a bow. Thalia enters the house with some flower and her eyes land on the bow in Teo’s hand. 

“OH WOW! That is cool!”

Thalia shows puppy eyes to make Teo gave her the chance to look at the bow closer. Teo knew her intention and the bow transform into a stick. He gave it to Thalia and check the house. Thalia gasp as the stick land on her hand. She touches a button and amazed to witness it changed into a white bow with an arrows bag behind her back. 

Ryan decides to just let the girl use the bow and looks for Teo. He saw Teo stares at a portrait of a family. Teo turns around and shakes Ryan violently. 

“OI! WHAT TIME IS IT IN THE REAL WORLD?!” A paper falls on the floor and he reads it. 

‘HAHA Dumbass. You missed dinner.’

Letting the poor boy free, he rips the paper and cursed the first player. Ryan shakes his head and gains his consciousness. “Wait. Your daughter nor your wife is not with you when you get into this world right?” Teo raises his brows and nod to Ryan’s question. 

“Then, only the player got into this world.”

“Um, yeah. Why are you surprise-”

“Thalia is a player-?”

Teo wide his eyes and mentally cursed himself. He forgot about the incident with Alex at the hospital. “Well, you were busy running from cops. Alex come to me and said someone invites him into the game without knowing he’s already a player.” 

Ryan sighs as he knew more people are becoming player. Thalia enters with a paper. “Hey! I know what does the coins do!” She gave the paper and stands while looking at the air. Teo reads it with Ryan and they look at each other.

‘Test of survival for top 10’

‘1)Survive a zombie attack or the first night will be rewarded coins. After day one, the only way to obtain coins is by killing the zombie leader in every village, doing random quest given by (yours truly me), killing other player and steals from other.

2)The test of survival motive is to give a chance for you to be better you weak-a*s player. I don’t even know why you guys are Top 10.

3) Wink and a shop for you to buy stuff is there. We provide tools to hit someone’s a*s, food to feed you hungry monster and, clothes for your fashion shows with zombies. Might wanna die fashionably. 

4) Please note that I am not the first player. For the test, I, the creator of World 365 will be observing you guys. The higher your ranking, the more coins you will obtain if you did obtain some lol.

There’s another ranking for coins ranking for your guys to check who has more money and kill them. Good luck and don’t die on the second day lmao. I will disguise myself. When I said I am observing, that means I am near you guys staring at your soul- OUCH HEy-

“Let’s just ignore that guys just wrote ouch hey in a paper. Is that Leo- Alex’s brother name?” 

“SCREW THAT! THAT’S MY BABY! HANA IS WITH US HERE! AND LOOK AT HOW MUCH SHE COULD OBTAIN-”

Thalia sighs and bought some food before looking back at the paper. “Robin?” Ryan tilted his head and saw something shocking. “Leon! It’s friggin Mira! The girl who-” Teo covers Ryan’s mouth and points out that Thalia is there. Thalia puffs her cheeks because they didn’t share who Mira is. 

They sit down and Teo chews his food while feeling a bit uncomfy. “I am sure she survives the zombie and got some coins. Stop being a worried father.” Thalia steps on Ryan’s foot and folds her arms. “He’s our teacher please respect him.” Ryan grips his spoons while Teo smirks and acts sad. Thalia gave him a glass of water and pats his back.

Ash sat next to Alex on the couch and they read the paper. “Your brother is on the ranking huh.” Alex is shaking because one, Mira is on the list and number two in ranking and two, both he and his brother has not many coins to pay Ash’s kindness. 

“Number one had more money.” 

“I envy these people. But what does this top 10 means?”

“I guess they really think this is a game and we had ranked in this world based on how well we did. Your brother did well to get into the top 10.”

“Trust me I knew nothing about him playing the game.”

Alex checks his coins and remembers he just got a bag of coins. He gave some to his brother which is better than giving nothing. “I complete the challenge to plant some veggie so...we can buy dinner for maybe two weeks. I do hope this test end in this two week.”

“You don’t have to-”

“I am not doing this because I am kind. I am just worried you might leave your brother to death.”

Alex sobs mentally because the girl doesn’t trust him to take care of his brother. He saw the girl stands up and pick up her hoodie. She also brings her g*n and walks to the door. “If I found animals, it would help us not to waste coins.” She closes the door and Alex stares at his hand. 

‘Ah, I am still useless.’ 

He then saw a blurry image in his head and quickly runs out to chase after the girl. Leo heard his brother left and checks the living room. The door is wide open so he locks it and he summons his teddy bear. 

“Brother...why did you leave me…I am scared.”
