Fiona woke up as the rest of the house was awake and mong noise. She had only gotten to sleep in the early hours of the morning, so she was still relatively tired. She went to the bathroom and finished her business then had a shower and dressed for the day. As she entered the kitchen, Finn was happily sitting with Calistas children eating breakfast.
Calista turned to see Fiona and brightly smiled.
"Morning Fiona, would you like some pancakes? I made a bunch with the kids." Fiona shrugged. She didn't have much of an appetite, but nevertheless she picked up a plate and put two pancakes on it and smothered them in maple syrup.
