"I vote we adjourn," Tempura said. "My patient is tiring."
She knew it was late.
Chase looked exhausted.
The doors of the Great Room opened. Wennee entered.
"I hear Central North and WestPlaine don't have representation here in the council," she said. "Since I have family in CentralNorth and WestPlaine, I throw in my hat as council member," she said.
Vic stood, "I would second, but under obvious reasons of conflict of interests, I can't."
Orca stood with a big smile. "I second."
Darla stood. "I third."
Chase didn't stand.
"Dragon court agrees."
"I grant you a position on the council," Vic said. "By the way, we had a boy. His name is Steven Chase, after my father and my son's savior."
