Chapter 32. Heading South
Nona headed south. Tempura could feel Nona call over each village she passed, but she still couldn't understand what she was saying. However, after every call, dragons emerged from buildings and took flight. At first, Tempura thought these dragons would follow them, but Nona continued to fly alone. Tempura didn't know where these dragons were going.
Tempura put her ear to Nona's neck waiting for the next call when they approached another town.
Go island. Time now.
Island? What island?
Sanda. Codia. Berry.
Females were called out by name. Tempura had no idea what this meant. And how did Nona know these females were here versus anywhere else?
