"Council meeting," he said with no further explanation.
She ran after him.
Most of the council members were in the Commons.
"The dragon council has requested a gathering," Chase said. "Can someone go get Walt?"
"He just passed through to the shop. I'll get him," Marn said.
Tempura followed Chase into the Great Room. He rolled back the board and opened the window into Nona's pen.
Everyone found their seats and oriented themselves to face Nona. A few minutes later, Marn and Walt arrived and found their seats.
Order, Nona huffed through the window.
"Nona requests order," Chase said.

"I am to translate," Tempura said, feeling a little surprised.
