The warehouse was dark. Silent.
Inside, Ayesha was tied to a chair. Raghav stood in front of her.
“You should’ve chosen me,” he said.
Ayesha looked up. “I’d rather die.”
Suddenly, BOOM!
The main door blasted open.
Zain walked in. Alone. Gun in hand.
Behind him, 20 of his men spread out.
“Let. Her. Go,” Zain said. His voice was ice.
Raghav laughed and put a knife to Ayesha’s throat.
“Come closer and she dies.”
Zain didn’t blink. “Touch her and I swear I’ll make you wish you were never born.”
In one second, everything happened.
Zain fired. The knife fell.
His men rushed in.
Raghav tried to run but Zain caught him by the collar.
“You hurt her,” Zain whispered.
“No—”
Zain punched him. Once. Twice.
“Zain, stop!” Ayesha yelled.
Zain froze. He turned. His eyes softened when he saw her.
He cut her ropes with one hand and pulled her into his arms.
“Are you hurt?” he asked. His voice was shaking.
“I’m okay,” Ayesha said. “Because of you.”
Zain hugged her tight. “I told you. No one touches what’s mine.”
Outside, police sirens. Raghav was dragged away in handcuffs.
Zain didn’t care.
All he cared about was the girl in his arms.
