I awoke to total darkness and instinctively rose from the bed only for my sight to be attracted on a figure sitting opposite from me, but I relaxed knowing she could never hurt me she could not even hurt a fly. But her penetrative and accusing gaze seem to scald me as I unconsciously looked away.
