Chapter 12 The UnderWorld Maze

While Levi was at the library, he made a fascinating discovery about Allee. He believes that she may have no recollection of her past because she has experienced death multiple times, yet remains eternally young, appearing frozen in time.

Finally, I considered the possibility of her being thrown into a necromancer's pit, as there is no mention of her in the ancient books, yet she possesses divine powers like the rest of us. Through thorough planning and manipulation, we could guide her towards deception and enlist her in the ranks of the Fallen evil. Hades praised his little brother Levi, acknowledging his exceptional planning skills. Meanwhile, Lucifer couldn't help but feel a sense of indignation. Determined to complete her task, Allee retraced her steps through the corridors, making her way towards the side door that led to the enchanting garden and its intricate maze.

These mesmerizing sculptures appeared frozen in time, as though they were once living creatures forever trapped in stone by the terrifying Medusa's curse. As I pondered this further, I contemplated whether possessing the abilities of gods and other mythical entities would enable me to rescue these ancient legendary individuals. Once this task is accomplished, I must devote some time to exploring the ancient library in order to unveil any potential revelations about my true identity.

In the perplexing Outside Maze, Allee encounters the formidable challenge of navigating among the ever-changing and shifting elements. However, she doesn't allow herself to be discouraged. In a stroke of cleverness, she stumbles upon a treasure trove of rainbow pebbles and red string. Resourcefully, she employs these newfound tools as a means to establish her path. As she boldly forges ahead in the Labyrinth maze, she diligently leaves behind a vibrant breadcrumb trail made of pebbles and tangles of red string. By expertly dropping pebbles wherever she can and skillfully tying the string at every opportunity, Allee ensures that she can distinguish previous routes from new ones. With this meticulous strategy, she is able to maneuver through the maze swiftly and efficiently, all for the purpose of rescuing the adorable hell hound puppies.

With an uncertain destiny looming over her, Allee's heart pounded as she neared the daunting encounter with the Cerberus and the terrifying hell hounds lurking deep within the treacherous labyrinth. She found where the hellhound puppies were sleeping as Allee could only assume she had to sneak past the parents of the puppies which was a huge Cerberus and Huge hellhound. The puppies where nestled in the far right corner as Allee leaned down to pick one up it started to yelp alerting the parents. The pup was too heavy to just pick it up with one hand so two hands will do to pick it up and ran away from the awakened parents as the adult hellhound started to spew fire from its mouth. Allee jumped over the line of fire carrying the pup following the string and pebbles back to safety. Allee had to look through the garden to find the cage that the hellhound needed to be placed in because these hell hounds were going to be training to guard the castle within.

One down two more to go but it was a close call with the parents of the puppies. I headed into the kitchen area of the underworld castle and saw Herbert. I asked him if we had any kind of meaty leftover bones. Herbert replied there's some in the new trash over to the right of the kitchen. He looked at me and before he had the chance to ask me why I needed With an uncertain fate ahead, Allee's heart raced as she approached the formidable encounter with Cerberus and the petrifying hellhounds lurking deep within the treacherous labyrinth. Determined, she discovered the slumbering spot of the hellhound puppies, fully aware that she needed to elude their formidable parents, the massive Cerberus and the towering hellhound. Nestled in the far corner, the puppies awaited her. As Allee reached down to retrieve one, it let out a startled yelp, alerting the parents. Realizing the urgency, she carefully picked up the pup with both hands and swiftly evaded the awakened guardians. As the adult hellhound spewed flames from its jaws, Allee skillfully leaped over the menacing inferno, cradling the pup in her arms.

She followed a string and a trail of pebbles, steadily finding her way back to safety. Now, Allee was on a mission to search the garden for the perfect cage to temporarily house the highly formidable hellhound. These creatures were to be trained as protectors of the castle's sacred inner sanctum. I exclaimed, "I will need them to serve as a clever diversion in order to pass through the vigilant adult dogs and secure the last two puppies." Additionally, I inquired with Herbert if we had a small wagon available. Unfortunately, he informed me that there wasn't one, but suggested checking the garden shed for a wheelbarrow that might prove useful. With determination in my voice, I replied affirmatively and eagerly embarked on my quest.

While Allee was occupied fetching the necessary items to finish her initial mission, Lilith bravely decided to explore the labyrinth. Filled with unwavering determination and ingenuity, she diligently gathered every pebble and skillfully cut through each red string, ensuring that Allee would have no means to guide herself and the two remaining puppies through the maze.

Lilith not only accomplished her mission of acquiring three puppies, but also cleverly enlisted the help of her guards to ensure a successful completion without having to get her hands dirty.

When Allee entered the shed, she stumbled upon an interesting discovery a wheelbarrow, along with some vibrant green rope, blue string, and a box filled with tempting treats labeled Cerberus. Not being able to resist, she scooped up a handful of the treats and carefully stashed them in a nap sack.

As Allee returned to the maze, her attention was suddenly captured by something, causing her path to disappear without a trace. It was at that moment that a brilliant idea flashed in Allee's mind. Swiftly, she retrieved the blue string from her pocket and cleverly started tying it in strategic places, ensuring a reliable guide to find her way back. In the midst of the maze's ever-shifting twists and turns, even spiraling in circles, she persevered until finally reaching Cerberus and the menacing hellhounds. To her astonishment, she discovered Lilith and her guards engaged in a fierce battle against these formidable creatures..

I then knew she was trying to beat me and cheat as she cut the string and that meant she could get back. Her on guard was in front of the Cerberus as the three head dog leaned forward to bite the guard the hellhound spit out fire barbecued the guard and the Cerberus ate the guard. This means Lilith would have to grab a puppy herself and not rely on other creatures to get what she wants. I threw the treats to Cerberus running, dodging and ducking around Lilith and her guards trying to get to the other puppies I needed to grab and get them back to the cage at the castle.

I grabbed the meaty bones and tossed them to the hellhound. The hellhound spewed more fire on to the meaty bone fired them up as I ran with the wheelbarrow pasted the adult dogs to the puppies now in the left of the maze now I hurried fast to grab two more hellhounds place them place in the wheelbarrow then headed back through the maze shortly Lilith was following behind on my heels cutting the blue string as it disappeared we all were lost in the Labyrinth maze. As were face and face she ran to the right of the maze with the pups she grabbed and only one guard I know one was eaten and not sure where the other one was but she was down to only one guard and her trying to get three puppies out of the mazes i went to the left with the two puppies I placed into the wheelbarrow now trying to get out of this place with the path moving in all directions. Just as I was thinking which path to take the pups let out a unison howl and the maze opened up and I was able to walk straight threw to the otherside.

I walked over to the cage to place the last two pups into the cage. Just then Lucifer came out to see what was going to with the first task. The maze versus me and Lilith.

He could hear Lilith yelling from within which made him laugh and he said he couldn’t stand her. Lucifer then said to Allee, "Are you ready for the next task?"

As I was getting the last pup ready to place in the cage the unbelievable happened. Out of nowhere, the hellhound pup suddenly lunged at Lucifer, sinking its teeth into his hand while he was about to give me directions to the next puzzle.

Astonished, Allee rushed over to Lucifer to assess the bite on his hand, only to have the pup jump up and bite Allee's arm. Just as this chaotic scene unfolded, Herbert appeared around the corner and witnessed the entire incident. Without hesitation, he came to their aid, tending to their wounds. It was then that he ominously forewarned both of them about the urgency of heading to the library to research hellhound bites.

As they step into the library in search of the book, Allee heads towards the left section while Lucifer explores the right. In addition, the shelves feature enchanting titles like "Ogres," "Hags, Wizards, "FrogMan," "Swamp Thing," and "Golem," which immediately captivate Allee's passionate love for books. After carefully flipping through about ten of them, Lucifer's voice echoes through the room, "Meet me in the center, Allee."Allee carefully places the book back on the shelf after gently dusting it off.

Lucifer stumbled upon an enthralling story involving a character endowed with celestial powers. As they delved deeper into this mesmerizing tale, they stumbled upon an extraordinary illustration in the book. It depicted a breathtaking moment: a formidable hellhound confronting one of the angel's majestic beings, all while a captivating Valkyrie stood gracefully by their side.

The text explained that for a hellhound to transform into a human, it required the blood of both creatures, combined with their DNA. These parent figures would provide guidance and care, allowing the hellhound to fulfill any desired purpose as long as their life journey was nurtured.

Allee and Lucifer recognize the intense emotions and unpleasantness of the situation.

It's disappointing for me to see Lucifer behaving in a way that I never expected. If he were in the human realm, perhaps the situation would be different.

Despite his reputation as a harsh and heartless individual, it is evident that his sole purpose here is to hold Hades accountable for his actions against the Almighty God, establishing him as a devoted and relentless defender of justice.

As I emerge from my comfort zone, Lucifer warns me that things will deteriorate. The puppy that bit us will transform into a human being about two hours after the bite.. This means that a human toddler will be roaming the underworld, and if others discover it, trouble will ensue. Despite our ignorance of this creature's history, both of us will be in grave danger of being consumed by it.

Lucifer then asked, "Wait, do we even know the gender of the child? I'm unsure. Let's divide and thoroughly search everywhere. You check the first ten floors of the underworld, while I scour the food hall and the left wing of the underworld."

We must ensure that no one ever discovers this. Our top priority is to locate that child.

In their relentless quest to find the child, they searched every nook and cranny of each room, determinedly combing through every inch until fate brought them face to face with Herbert, who had already discovered the child.

Hebert guided them to a hidden passageway carefully concealed within the depths of the castle, leading them into a secure sanctuary.

Herbert revealed that he had seen a similar incident in a previous confrontation, leading to the grim fate of everyone involved, their tragic story enduring endlessly.

Allee and Lucifer hired Herbert to safeguard the secret, making a solemn commitment to protect the child. Simultaneously, they devised a bold escape strategy for Allee and the pup.

Allee and Lucifer then said to Herbert, "Let's see this pup now."

Herbert informed Lucifer that the little pup has transformed into an exceptional boy, whom he has lovingly adorned with a diaper and a delightful robe.

The sight of the boy mesmerized Lucifer and Allee with enchanting green eyes, luscious black hair, and a heart-melting smile, peacefully slumbering in the loving embrace of Herbert.

Herbert asked, "What is the name you have in mind for your son as his parents?"

Before Lucifer can even say a word, Allee confidently jumps in and proclaims Damon as the perfect name for the little guy.
