Eleanor’s POV
After we were done eating, Mia dragged me upstairs back to my room.
“Yay” she swayed her waist dancing in excitement
“Here is your dress” she threw me a gown, get dressed okay.
“Bye, the next time I will be back make sure you are dressed. '' She walked away smiling, she touched her doorknob, she turned her back and smirked at me before opting out.
"A heavy sigh escaped my lips as I thought about my recent breakup. The pain still lingered, but Mia's enthusiasm was infectious. I decided to push aside my heartache and indulge in a night out with my sister. "Okay, let's get ready," I said, a hint of resignation in my voice."
As I drifted off to sleep, the exhaustion of the day washed over me…”
"As night fell, the room transformed into a cozy sanctuary, and Mia's voice pierced the silence, 'Wakey! Wakey' she tickled my ear..." making me open my face, she was all dressed, my eyes opened to see her red lipstick matching her skin tone, with her hair packed in a ponytail, her eyes were brushed with a mascara making it black and attractive.
“Is it time already? I asked her
“Yeah, it time” she dragged me up, “ohh, God” I sighed.
“Let go before dada changes his mind” she pulled me and pushed me in the bathroom, “freshen up and smell nice, you might be lucky tonight” she yelled behind the door.
Without hesitation, as I stepped out of the bathroom, dripping in water, Mia hurried using a towel to wipe my wet face, pushing me to the dressing table.
“Puff” she added some powder on my face, drawing my eye liner, she added more light make up to my face.
“Perfect, now get dress and don't let me be angry” she teasefully sir
“Alright ma” I stood up
“Eyes covered, but on your cloth” she covered her hand with her face, opened it again and closed it when she saw me looking at her
“Opps, sorry” I laughed and wear the red gown
“Zip it for me” she zipped it off, I went towards the mirror and looked at myself
“Ohh, my” I whispered
“Your ex made a huge mistake,” she whispered in my ear. I smiled, admiring the gown. It accentuated my curves and revealed my breast shape.
"Amazing,” she whispered. She grabbed a perfume and sprayed it on me. “Here you go.” She handed me a heel, and I stepped into it.”
“Shall we!!!! She dragged me away from admiring myself in the mirror.
We left the house, and I could see darkness had already taken over seriously.
“It's late mia, how are we going to get a cab? I asked her worriedly
“Ohh, don't worry my sister, nothing can happen, I ordered an Uber already, I…don't…” before she could compete her statement a uber drove in front of us
“Ohh, that's it,” she said. She opened the door and entered, and I followed her in.
There was silence among us, it was a bit awkward, it felt as if we had gone back to the times we were mute on each other.
All of a sudden my eyes widened when I saw the Uber driver, driving us into the exclusive estate in New York.
“What the!! Mia placed her hand on my laps
“Easy sis, it nothing we are going to have a party at the paradise hotel, the bar there” she said
“But….” I tried to catch my words “where did you get all the money to do this? I asked her
“Money, when you have a wealthy boyfriend” she smiled, I looked in awe with her last speech.
"Your boyfriend must be loaded,” I said, eyes wide with surprise.
Mia chuckled. “Beyond your wildest dreams, sis.”
I raised an eyebrow. “You're kidding, right?”
The car arrived in front of the luxurious paradise hotel, glittering with decoration, the air smelling of wealth.
“Ohh my goodness” I got out of the car inhaling the fresh breath
“Easy sis” mia said stopping me, “let go in”
the security asked some guests in front of us.
“Your ticket please”
“Ohh, my I forgot it can I show you on my phone” the lady pleaded
“I'm sorry I won't allow you in” the security man said, I felt pity a bit for the lady
“Next please” we stepped forwards, the security Unlocked the door immediately Mia showed them something on the phone.
Entering into the hotel bar was amazing, we picked a seat.
“Let me go and order us some drinks” Mia smiled standing up, pressing her phone, she came back pressing her phone.
“Have made the order, let 's wait till they bring it” she sat down with her face fixed in her phone, I was starting to get jealous. Why was she acting like that?
“Hello lady” I snapped my finger
“Ohh sorry, my boob was chatting me” she replied with a smile
“I'm starting to get jealous. Can you tell him, you are having fun with your elder sis? She scoffed
“I can't do that” she muttered, I was about pissing off
“Calm down sis, I was just kidding” she immediately calm me down
“That ridiculous”
“Sorry, sis,” Mia said, playfully tugging her ears.
“Hey, where's the waitress?” She glanced around, then turned back to me. “What did you order for us?”
“Just wine,” she replied. “I wasn't sure if you'd want any alcohol”
“I would have loved some,” I said, a bit disappointed.
Mia raised an eyebrow. “Really?”
I nodded, and she smiled. “Be right back,” she said, getting up to place another order.
“I'm back they will be here shortly”
“It taking long actually” I replied
“Yeah, I know we just have to be a bit patient”
I nodded my head “okay then”
“We should have fun, why don't we dance till the drink is ready” she asked me
“No prince charming” I replied
“What about me” she looked at me as if she wasn't enough for me
“Let go”
“Here is your order ma,am” the waitress served us the drinks
