✨Elena's P.O.V✨

Once I spotted Bonnie in the crowd I started running in her direction and shouting " you'll have to pay for it, how could you just leave me and go exploring you Bonnie Bennet!!!" I was giggling as I was screaming and soon I bumped into another girl causing her to drop her books. 

"I am sorry I didn't notice you were in the way" I apologized and bonnie also came towards me worried. "realizing her books were on the floor I went on my knees and helped her grab hers books. "let me help you with your books". "Thank you," she said shyly I couldn't help but giggle. 

"By the way, I am Rebecca," she said forwarding her hand for a handshake. "I am Elena, nice to meet you and she is Bonnie my best friend" I extended my hand and had a handshake whilst introducing Bonnie to her. Out of the blue Bonnie asked her " Can I call you bexs" and started laughing. I was astonished at first but then seeing Rebecca's laughing I joined her. "sure, only if I get to call you Bon-Bon" she said and giggled and we 3 ended laughing till we had tears in ours eyes. 

In the middle of laughing I saw Rebecca glancing down the hallway and looking in the direction of none other than MY FUTURE PARTNER... geez I am overdramatic I told myself but did Becca know him already? was she friends with her? 

Soon I saw her waving to him and he was headed in our direction. my direction... my eyes were glued on him as he walked towards us. Rebecca introduced him to us "girls this is Ian my elder brother and Brother these are girls" she said and giggled. Ian what a name. I was already in love with this guy's name. 

Ian extended a hand towards bonnie and she gladly accepted it" I am bonnie nice to meet you" she said and next was my turn he extended a hand towards me and I took it not leaving it anytime soon. "Elena, pleasure meeting you." I was lost in his eyes but was brought back to trance when a girl came beside Ian and grabbed his hand and took him away from me. I groaned in my mind as to why he has to go away from me. 

While we 3 were glancing the room nos of all the rooms we saw that Rebecca and bonnie were next to each other however I was in the opposite of them. I was happy to have made 2 really nice friends on the very first day. as I saw my room I opened it and saw there was already a luggage of my roomie in here and I was curious as to who that person would be. 

I went to see the washroom and when I returned I saw Ian laying the bed in my room. I was shocked.!!!! "you are in my room?" he smirked " this is my room too" I was taken aback as to these dorms were co-ed. omgggg I ran towards bonnie and Rebeccas room and told them what had happened. 

They both came to my room were shocked too as Rebecca had mentioned that Ian was famous amongst girls hence he would have a girl or 2 accompanying him every night. I felt disgusted as I had to witness all this in my room. I went back to my room sitting on the bed on my side and tried to not stare at him which I definitely failed to. He saw my gaze and smirked and I sensed something evil might happened hence I went to the washroom again. 

After a couple of minutes, I decided to get my luggage upstairs. 

As I was walking my way towards my car and grabbing my luggage from the trunk I saw a familiar face. 

"This cannot happen!" I was terrorized when I saw him my ex-boyfriend, Jason! we had a breakup in my senior year because I caught him cheating on me. I only wanted 1 thing from our relationship and that was trust and commitment and he broke everything we had.

FLASHBACK

Elenas p.o.v 

How could he do this we were best friends since we were born. I was like a daughter to his family after my parents passed away. he treated me like a princess until we decided to date each other in my freshman year of high school. we were inseparable. but he ended the magical relationship we shared. 

I was broken and shaken I couldn't take the loss of the one person who I could trust until caroline shifted in the neighborhood. Caroline, Jason, and me were always together. 

It was Christmas eve when I and grams were invited by his family for Christmas dinner. I wore a red strapless dress with light makeup hair in soft curls and the dress reached mid-thighs. My grams was in her red gown she looked pretty. We both took freshly baked chocolate chip cookies which grams made and I helped her in wrapping gifts for his family. 

We both headed towards his home which was just down the road and took hardly 5 mins for us to reach by walking. I knocked his house and was greeted by his mother who had a wide yet warming smile on her face and behind her was Jason, my boyfriend. he looked dashing in his red dress shirt and black trousers. 

We seated for dinner and had family time with them. around Jason's parents, I never felt the emptiness of my parents. Later that night we decided to exchanged gifts. I gave Jason's parents their gifts and they hesitated but took it for Jason I had bought an iPod as I knew he loved listening to music and also I had already installed his favorite songs in it. He was elated and hugged me tightly. We then excused the elders and went to his room. I asked him about my gift and he guided me towards his bed.

I sat on his bed it was normal for us as we both had spent nights with each other in our houses and no one had ever felt awkward but today it was different. Jason's eyes showed something else. it was not normal for Jason.

When I saw Jason standing that the dorm building entrance I stopped in my tracks he saw me and walked towards me. wen I woke up to the sun shining through our window I realized I had a weight on my body I saw it was Ian's hand he was sleeping beside. I instantly woke up causing him to wake up. I saw our state and I was shocked to see I was in my pajamas and my clothes were arranged in the wardrobe.

"I got all your stuff from your car and arranged them," he said and I thanked him for his kind gesture. I felt bad that he had to do all this. "I am really sorry you had to take this much hardship" I apologized ."its no big deal since we are now roomies" I winked at me. I was melting for this guy. 

"Elena can I ask you something," Ian asked me and I nodded. "why were you crying yesterday?" 

And this was the moment I was dodging to answer the question but I had to as he had taken up so much for me. 

"umm.... downstairs when I went to get my luggage back I saw ... um .... ja... umm my ex-boyfriend," I said and sighed. he gave me a sympathetic look. but I didn't want anyone to show me sympathy. 

"if you don't mind would you tell me what happened?" he asked I sighed and decided to answer it.

" so it happened in my senior year we were dating since freshman year and 1 Christmas eve when we had our v-card lost the next day I went to his home in search of him and his mom said he is in his room and there is some school friend over. I was shocked as there was a girl in his room. I slowly went upstairs and was about to open the door when I heard moans from inside the room I lost it over there. I lost my best friend my boyfriend. I decided to record it as proof and I slowly opened the door and recorded but I didn't realize I was crying and my sobbing got a bit loud making heads to turn in the direction of the door. I quickly ran out of the house" I started crying again and Ian held me in his embrace. 

" That was the moment I was all alone and Jason didn't even show up to apologize he just ignored me since then and since then I saw his today" I sighed. Ian nodded in understanding. 

"umm there is one more thing I wanted to tell you, Ian," I said he nodded as to proceed. 

"actually about yesterday... ja..son umm he touched me at my private part," I said and bowed my head low out of embarrassment. I saw Ian had his eyes bloodshot when he heard it and was out in search of Jason but I hold his hand as to not go behind him. 

"promise me not to tell anybody Ian" he nodded in agreement and got out of my bed to the bathroom to freshen up. 

I started getting a feeling that I had got a very good roomie and nothing had happened like Rebecca said about him. although it was just 1 night. 

I slept for a little longer as Ian was in the room. as I heard the water stop I hid in the blanket to glance at Ian's freshly bathed body. 

He came out with a towel wrapped low at his waist accentuating his v. god I am being soo dramatic hehe. I should be called Elena dramatic gilbert lol!!!

Water beads were dropping off his hair on his shoulders wet I felt something wet on my face. omg he saw me gazing and was standing just over my head and his hair dropped water onto me. 'f**k what will I do now what if he tells Rebecca about this she wouldn't ever approve this. Lord help this girl out. 

✨Ian's P.O.V✨

I saw this girl in the hallway and was mesmerized by her innocence yet cunningness. her smile drove me crazy, her eyes glistened as she talked to another girl. I wish she is my roommate I saw staring at me too is she thinking about me? 

oooh, I saw her talking to my sister Rebecca, I hope they become friends and that would be a reason for me to talk to her. 

Rebecca waved and it was my cue to head towards the girl. I am not a relationship type of guy I look hooking up with different girls but I could see this girl isn't like that.

"Elena, pleasure meeting you," she said her soft hands and sweet voice made me long for her. what was happening to me. 

later that day I got to know Elena was my roommate and I was on cloud nine. I was so happy to be her roommate no dirty intention anytime soon lol.

I heard a loud noise of something falling in the hallway and when I opened the door I saw Elena crying on the ground I picked her up but she ran to the bathroom

"Elena opens the door please you are scaring me" I yelled from the other side but no response. I kept knocking and she opened the door and instantly hugged me tightly. how much ever I wanted to kiss her I composed myself as it was Selena who was sobbing soon she dozed off to sleep. 

while I laid her on her bed she pulled my arm indicating to stay so I got all her luggage from downstairs and arranged the clothes and slept beside her. the feeling was soo good. she smelt so good but why was she crying? I wondered and slept. when I woke up I saw Elena with eyes wide open. 

she told me everything about her encounter with her ex-boyfriend and I assured her I wouldn't tell Rebecca any of this. 

I was falling in love with this girl.

End of chapter 2 I know I am taking way too long for an update but I am busy with my final year engineering studies.
