Announcement and Cleanup

  The next day the pack gathered in the great hall to get everything cleaned up and ready for the announcement that William and I had. After breakfast we got started while all the children were still sleeping. After we were done it was time for the children to start waking up so we all dispersed to our separate rooms and houses to get the children ready. The teenagers and the omegas were the only ones that stayed behind at the pack house; they were the ones that the announcement pertained to the most. when I got to the girls room they were sitting up in their cribs just chattering to each other so I took out my phone and recorded them and sent it to William and got one of the boys doing the same thing in return. 

They still chatted between themselves and also chatted at me trying to get my attention. Nicole was the first to speak her first words she looked up at me and said "mommy." I was putting a dress on Leah when she said her first sentence she told "lub you Mama" I was so happy that I almost missed it when Nicole looked at me and said "me too mama." I texted William and asked him if the boys had talked and he sent me a recording of them "daddy" and "lub you Dada"  I asked him if he was almost done getting the boys dressed and he said he was. 

    He asked me if the girls were ready or not i said yes they were ready. I tried to pick the girls up but they told me "no mama I walk" so I told them that they could walk till we got to the stairs the they had to be held so that they didn't fall. The three of us walked out of their room and as soon as they saw their daddy and their brothers they started talking like it was something they had been doing all along. Nicole and Leah looked at William and said "Dada I lub you." James and Anthony looked up at me and said "Mama I lub you." William and I looked at each other with tears in our eyes as we walked to the stairs I went to pick the girls up to go down the stairs and they ran to William the boys did the same thing to him but they ran to me. They wanted the other one of us to carry them down the steps. I picked the boys up and William got the girls we looked at each other and said " I wonder what has gotten into them" as we walked down the steps. 

    Lahaunta heard this and said that they have found their voice and want to show both of you that they have love for both of you. It used to be the girls were always with you Luna and the boys were with you Alpha so now they want to express that they love both of you equally. As we get to the bottom of the stairs one of the older omegas sees the kids and asks them if they want to go to the daycare room for a while. The kids look at William and I and we tell them if they want to they can so they immediately went down to go play with some toys. I see Nathan walk towards the daycare room with his and Lahaunta's son and daughter. We turn to where he is and say "that we need him in the great hall after he gets the children settled in." He says "I'll be there in just a few minutes." "Okay" was all William said to him. 

    As soon as we step into the great hall we see that everyone is already there and we walk up the stage steps and we greet the pack members. "the reason that we called the meeting is because we heard from the council yesterday by a personally delivered letter" the pack started to murmur about what the council could want. So William uses his alpha voice to calm everyone down so that we can explain what the council wanted. " They wanted to know if the Rose Moon Pack would host the next mating ritual ceremony and I have sent a message via email this morning telling them that we would be happy to host it here it is for this region you all know how it works and for the young ones that are just coming of age it is a ceremony kind of like a prom or homecoming at school. 

    You will be with other not mated omegas and alphas betas and deltas you will mingle and talk with them. When you find the one that is meant for you will know when he or she is in the room you will be drawn to that person and at that point you will find your wolf as well he or she will let you know when your mate is near all you have to do is listen to him or her and what they are telling you. I know that some of you think that the person you're in a relationship with might be your mate. Well, you might find that they aren't. "I hope you all made a vow to stay true to your true mate. Nothing hurts more than to know that you were not your mates first especially for the girls' ' I tell everyone. William steps up to the podium and tells the group "guys I know you can get possessive over the girl you are in a relationship with now but you have to know that if you turn out not to be her mate you will have to let her go to and be with her mate but Luna Rose and I will be here if anyone needs us it is our duty to our pack and to our home to be present."
