CASSIAN'S POV
“Bring the girl,” Shiraya said to Lucian who nodded and carried Rhea closer.
He had a look on his face that I had never noticed before. It was a blank stare mixed with something much more darker and ominous. His stare was like a suspeciously silent sea with quiet but deadly waves. He looked nothing like he usually does. Lucian is usually quiet. He is usually to himself and introverted but this time it seems like there's something else there. He looks almost robotic. His eyes looks over me to Shiraya , she urges him to come to her with Rhea like a skilled vet calls on to her dog. Strangely Lucian answered.
