"It's Jenna" I added
"Oh- wait" he paused in shock. "Jenna?!" He half yelled
"Yeah" I sighed- I heard ruffling from his side- as if he was trying to sit up.
"How did you get my number?" He asked
"I've had it since I left" I replied. "Are you in New York?" I asked and he let out a small ‘hmmm’
"I want to talk to you, I don't know if that'll be possible" I bit my lips
"You're in Los Angeles right?" He asked
"Yeah" I nodded
"I have a business meeting over there tomorrow, maybe we can meet up and talk in the evening if that's okay with you"
"It's fine, thank you" I replied with a smile
"Alright goodnight"
"Goodnight" I replied, ending the call. I let out a tiny squeak- biting my lips to stop myself from screaming out
