It was already evening when Smith arrived at his hotel in Florida. He was accompanied by his cabinet to the Honourable Commissioner’s room for a closed-door meeting with Smith and his cabinet to discuss more about what the conference is all about.
“Your highly welcome Mr. President,” The Honourable commissioner said as Smith and His cabinet entered the room.
Smith suddenly smiled and then quickly bowed to the Honourable Commissioner and shook hands.
“Long time, Mr. President.” The honourable Commissioner said excitedly about seeing Smith with a team.
They all laughed and then sat down and cracked jokes and laughed for a minute before they were invited for a dinner with the team from their state. Everyone introduced themselves to each other and then gently discussed what the conference
