It became evident among all residents that there was some undesirable segregation among the castle residents. One misty day, Vlad, sometime prior to his unfortunate beheading, suggested that the Vampire gang was entitled to certain privileges and the rest of the lot would have to make do with what they were given. This unfair edict nevertheless resulted in a sort of demarcation line running through the property with penalties designated for violators.
