-3rd person-
It was date day, Jax was up early and had had trouble sleeping for most of the night. He took a shower, put on his favorite outfit, consisting of black skinnies, a plain shirt and a sweater. He did his hair, like he always does, and brushed his teeth after breakfast. He sprayed some of his favorite perfume and smiled at his reflection. He liked what he saw. He jogged down to the livingroom, and watched some tv to make the time fly by.
Elliot was busy preparing the date. He checked his mails three times to make sure all reservations were okay and approved. He showered and put on his jeans with white boss shirt and an open jumper. After putting on his perfume he got into his vans and drove to Jax. He was far to nervous to eat because today was the day. He was going to ask Jax to be his. And eventhough he knew the smaller boy would say yes, there was a part of him that made him stress about it all. Because what if Jax wasn't going to say it? What if he said no instead?

Jax ran outside and got into the car, kissing Elliot softly on the lips. "You had breakfast already?" Elliot asks while driving off. Jax nods. "Nothing much though, just an apple as I was hungry." He says, making Elliot smile and rest his hand on the other boy's thigh, while driving. "Great, think you can eat some more then?" He asks making Jax nod and hold the hand on his thigh. "I'd love that." They had breakfast at a cute bakery and had an amazing conversation about everything and nothing.
After that, they drove to the beach to relax and enjoy the weather before going to the mall were they went shopping for a while. Jax loves shopping, and he even got a new skirt, a purple one this time! Elliot kissed his cheek while the shy boy payed for it, showing him that he was proud of the smaller boy. They finished their shopping after that, both boys having three bags filled with new clothes. "Now let's go get dinner." Elliot said with a smile making Jax nod.
They drove to a restaurant, about an hour from the beach and sang along to the radio. They laughed and joked around, having the best of fun. Yet Jax could feel something was off about Elliot, and it scared him. What if the taller boy was nervous about telling Jax that he wasn't in love anymore? Jax knew that would be insane, because they had just shared about ten kisses on the beach, and Elliot encouraged him to buy another skirt. Knowing the small boy felt happy and confident in them.
So no, that couldn't be it... right??
They parked at Jax' favourite restaurant. Well sort of, he had always wanted to go there but he never could. So now Elliot took him, and the sparkle in the cute eyes of his love interest was everything he wanted to see. They sat at a romantically decorated table, ate amazing food and talked. Time flew by and Elliot knew it was now or never, but he was scared, so fricking scared.
He cleared his throat and looked at Jax, the small boy being nervous and insecure. His mind was flooded by Elliot saying the things he was so scared to hear. Elliot took Jax' hand and rubbed it with his thumb, clearly seeing the anxiety in the smaller boys' eyes. "Calm down everything is okay." He said softly, making Jax bite his lip and nod. It didn't help though, didn't help at all. And Elliot saw that, so he decided to just go for it. Now or never.
"I had the cutest speech prepared for you, but you're so scared I'm afraid of giving you a heart attack if I start it." He chuckles, making Jax whimper softly. "Will you please be my boyfriend?" Jax' heart stopped. He wants him to be what? "Y-yes." Both boys smiled. "Really?" Jax nodded. "Of course!" He got up and kissed his now boyfriend on the lips, in the middle of the restaurant. "I do want to hear that speech later though." He giggles, making Elliot laugh. "You definitely will babyboy."
And if that nickname didn't Kill Jax then and there, the romantic s*x they had later that night did. It was perfect. Rose petals, scented candles, dimly lit room, and god Elliot was so patient. He took all the time in the world to make Jax relax and feel good. There was no shame, no awkwardness, just pure love romance and affection.
