I can already picture it. The festivals back home during the holidays, nothing like the stiff, formal s**t we have here at Garrick. Celebrations with actual joy in them. The way the whole pack comes alive during break.
The elders would be telling their old war stories again, probably exaggerating half of it, but nobody cares because it is tradition.
Everyone just... being themselves. No politics. No power plays. Just pack. That's what home feels like during the holidays. That's what I want her to experience.
These are the things I want her to see. The things she needs to witness to understand what my pack feels like, not this cutthroat academy bullshit where everyone's trying to one-up each other.
She needs time away from all this s**t. Time to just breathe and relax wit
