Taking me back inside, Julian took me upstairs and showed me five guest rooms, all complete with massive ensuite bathrooms. All rooms had the same color codes and the same color-coded bathrooms.
Again, money had been thrown into every corner to make guests feel luxuriously comfortable.
And then, Julian took me downstairs, to the basement- and this was what made the house Julian's.
He showed me four rooms- a games room, his personal study, a cinema room, and the master bedroom - his bedroom.
"Wow." I barely whispered, breathless even though I could barely see out of the window from the darkness of the night and sea.
Julian quickly said, "Don't worry, the windows down here also give us privacy. Nobody can see in but we can see out. It's completely safe."
"It's breathtaking."
