11: THE DIVINE KNIGHTS V

She wore her blademail armor and blue pants. Her boots are up to her legs. She always teaches Wena to act like a proper lady for it is not good in the eyes to slack in her seat. Or many times like she will always reprimand Wena to be careful in hunting although she's a Divine 3, she can still be harmed.

"Gah! You're being such a momma, Rohesia." She retorted still slacking on her seat. Rohesia blushed and looked away. Loki Sandeverest Bagi Divine 23, seating beside Rohesia, let out a small chuckle at the action of the lady.

"You do look like a momma to Wena, Rosh" He said then gazed up to Frendel.

"So, what's up?" Loki is the very coolest man in the Divine. He acts like he is a teenager when he's already in his 30's. Although he is the last member, he is still the strongest despite the number. He was wearing bronze armor and black boots.

"We have to choose another Divine 2 this instant. The place was vacant for a very long time and I suppose that we should check someone to fit in." Said Frendel seating sternly.

"I believe no one can replace Duchess Ryleia in her place." Raphael had said.

"No one replaces anyone." Said Hadrian Mavice Peronell Invira Divine 20 the Fire Basher.

The two always have issues with each other. Whether they are ice and fire user or it just comes by nature. His dark red hair matches his eyes. He brushed it with his hand and Raphael thought he was trying to be sexy but he doesn't look like one.

"Well, Hadrian is right, Raphael. We really need it to-" Retorted Frendel

"Why do we need to fill it up anyway?" Asked Stefani Groudeen Falvester Incar Divine 13. She was wearing a big white hat. She has beautiful brown hair that stretches to her shoulders. Below her eyes, a tattooed little star that she had put on when she was studying. She was also wearing white long gloves that raised to her underarms. She wore a plain lacy dress.

"Yeah, I mean we can do it all 22 of us." Said Cedrix Lavadia Whyhore Prosiac Divine 21 the Midas Hand. Although he is a prosaic, a title for non nimphian but joined the Divine, he is one of the richest non-nimphian in the whole country. Maybe he bought his place or maybe not.

Frendel groaned in his seat and he began to slacks too. Everyone seems so noisy and they can't even listen to him. As if he is the leader. He should have not bothered to call them anyway. His life was so quiet in the deep town of Knavesmire and then he was called by the Marshall.

Why am I the speaker of the group when they're not listening? Stupid witches. He cursed in his head and closed his eyes and massaged his temples.

The door opened and everyone gasped. Frendel looked to the door to see who it was. His eyes widened. The Divine 1 arrived surprisingly.

"Look whose back." Said Emeryst Savynille Brunhild Segnale Divine 19 The Spaerow. She has a boy cut white hair and small side bangs to hide her left blind eye. She was called the Spaerow for having one eye but it is like a hawk's eye when she targets an enemy. She was wearing a short blue skirt and a white sleeveless corset on top. Last time they fought with Malaya because Emeryst is the most arrogant person in the whole Divine members. Malaya almost won to Emeryst but then she didn't finish the fight which Emeryst felt so ashamed of. Malaya has said that Emeryst is not worth the win.

"Thought you will never come, Zeus." Commented Bryce Walterquinn Bagi Divine 9 the Vanguard. Bryce is bald and he was wearing his actual fighting suit—blue armor and black pants and his boots. He is somewhat chubby but in a masculine way. He was given the title for he was so protective of the members.

Zeus was wearing a scarf on his neck up to his mouth. He has a s***h on his head down to his left eye. It was perfectly curved into a thunder by someone that no one has known because Zeus never really attended stupid meetings like this.

He always does his quests independently like he is not one of them—the Divine Knights. He was wearing a long dark cape to cover his body and his black silky hair is tied into a ponytail. Zeus Guspin Mage Divine 1 the Light Bearer/Dark Concealer is an Incar Knight for he has an odd eye. It is a good thing that he is on the good side because if he's become an enemy, surely it will be a quest that no one has asked for.

His power is well-known that no wonder he is called the Divine 1. Of all the Divine Knights, he has stayed the longest. Most of them even jest that Zeus was the one who constitutes the Divine Knights.

Stories have circulated Livonia that the reason for having Divine Knights was because, after a few years that the war has ended, the darkness has already started to sprout portals of their realm in different cities around Napolia. Thus, the government proposed Divine Knights who are chosen very diligently by their knowledge and power.

Zeus was given his rank and title as the Divine Knight 1 for being the first to win the fight against Aidon—the son of the queen of the darkness, Azvameth. It was only after a decade when the government has decided to add more members to the Divine Knights and they have finally concluded that the Divine Knights will have 23 members to protect the country.

Right now, the portals have rapidly increased across the country and this has been very concerning still, Zeus is bewildered as to why these fools are bickering on something that can be easily adjourned.

"We don't need someone to fill in the place of the Divine 2. Focus your mind on your City. There is something peculiar is happening to Winterspring right now. Have you noticed something, Divine 4 Raphael?" He said nonchalantly and gazed up to the Divine 4.

Raphael was surprised. How would he have known? He remembered that he has to tell them something that happened on the ship he was in.

"Ahh . . . I almost forgot. The Leviathans, I think, have lost their sanity and attacked our ship on the way to Livonia." Everyone gasped at his statement. Some have started gossips and rumors but Raphael did not listen to it and focused his mind on the current situation.

"But I guess let us not think of this and focus our minds on the space that needs to be filled in?" He continued.

"No. There is still ongoing scrutiny on the spouting of portals and I want each and every one of you to do some initial investigations on your particular posts to also help with the workload of the researchers. That's it. This meeting is dismissed." Zeus dashed off his way to another place.

The members are still chatting about the current news. They too can't believe what happened on the ship. It was like the first time they heard something like this. Indeed, there is something wrong with the Winterspring.

And they need to find it out soon.
