Piper's POV
The next morning, I woke up to a bright light shining on my face. My mind skipped at first but as I slowly opened my eyes, I realized it was just the sunlight cracking through the window curtains.
In an instant, the memories of what transpired between Mr Langford and I last night flooded my head.
“Ugh…” I groaned.
A sharp tingle sparked in my legs and just as I was about to check out what it was, I felt a sudden rush of irritation rise up in my stomach and move all the way up to my throat.
