Chapter 11
Andie waved at the Johnson’s as they walked out the front door into the blistering cold. January was really killing them. The inn never did well in the winter months, but the colder than normal temperatures and the threat of a storm almost every weekend had them in a slump.
Andie looked over the bookings for the next few weeks. Some were new guests that Kristen and Zane brought in. The two of them were kicking a*s with InZane’s, the adventure company Zane owned. Kristen had a knack for marketing and was helping InZane’s become synonymous with fun on Cayuga Lake. Along with it, they were increasing the visibility of Amavita Estates.
Partnering with local businesses was a great idea. It kept Andie’s book from being completely empty. With the Johnson’s checked out, they only had
