The blood reached the sixth seal, and it vanished. The scroll pulsed, and the portal responded, swirling faster and faster, the motion pulling at Eva as air was sucked into the abyss. The sky plunged into darkness as the eclipse reached totality. The whole mountain began to shake as the vibration from the portal increased.
