Chapter 28 Caleb’s POV Stone Logistics officially lost its three largest remaining contracts on Tuesday morning, and somehow the world outside kept moving like nothing had happened. Cars still crawled through traffic beneath my apartment window, people still crossed streets carrying coffee cups and grocery bags, and somewhere in the building next door a dog barked nonstop while my entire company quietly bled out through three corporate emails written in polished legal language designed to sound respectful while they buried you alive.
