Revenge and new beginnings

942 Words
I call up Milo and he gives me an ear full for being drunk but he agrees to pick me up. He was finally back home from traveling. “Get in you drunk messes.” He says as he laughs at us. “Me thanks ye my good man,” I said in my drunken state. We first drop off the girls and then head to my house. “Nooo.” I said, “No what?” “No, go, bad scum.” “Did he do something?” Milo said with an angry tone. I laugh and say “maybe.” Milo immediately gets out of the car and starts banging on the front door. Alex opens up the door only wearing his boxers. “Why are you banging on my door so late at night?” Milo grabs Alex by the ear and tosses him off the porch. “What did you do to my sister!?” Milo yells. “Dude I don’t know what you’re talking about,” Alex says. I can see him trembling. I poke my head out the sunroof of the car and wave to Alex. “Hey scum bag.” Alex turns his head in my direction he now knows I know. “Babe I’m sorry she meant nothing.” He said on his knees begging me to forgive him. I look towards the house and I can see the blond woman from the cake shop standing in the doorway looking scared. “Oh so you cheated on her,” Milo said looking even madder. I open up the car door and start to fall but I hold onto the door. “Leave the big baby alone he will regret it later.” “Get up, get dressed, and never come back,” Milo says in a stern voice. Alex does as he says and gets in his car then drives away. “Now as for you,” Milo says looking at the blond girl. “I’ll just see myself out.” Milo picks me up and takes me inside then he sits me down and we talk. I would say that was the first time in a long time I got a good night’s rest. I wake up to an empty bed and an empty chair beside me and I sigh. “Foods ready.” I hear someone say, my head hurts too much from the booze so I can’t tell who said it. “Morning sleepyhead, the Tylenol is sitting on the table alongside your bacon and hungover friends.” “What.” I look over to see the girls with bags of ice cream, chocolate, tissues, and what looks like one of Hilda’s homemade voodoo dolls that looks like Alex. “Aww you guys,” I say a little loudly. “SHHH, head hurts.” All the girls say. We all laugh quietly. “Let’s all watch movies and stay in our PJs,” Akari said. “That sounds like a plan,” I said. For the next few days I hung out with the girls and we grew close again. “So black do you wanna rejoin the gang and be our leader again?” Rosa asked. “I… I don’t know what to say.” “We know that you had a harder time but we’re here for you,” Alyssa said. “You know what, I’m in I’ll be the leader again,” I said confidently. “To celebrate let’s all go to the skating rink!” Saffron said putting her fist up in the air. “Have fun” Milo says. We all get on our bikes, and starting them up together reminds me of one of our turf battles. We had just gotten back from the tavern when we see THEM, they are our rivals, our enemies they are known as Blackjack. I don’t know their true identities but what I do know is they hate us and we hate them, well not all of us. We arrive at the skating rink but this isn’t just any skating rink, in here you can let out your anger by beating other people up on the track and others put bets on you, it’s kind of like boxing but with skates. We walk in and some people recognize us. “Omg, I’m a big fan.” One girl says. “Hope you guys win tonight.” Another one says. “Missed me already.” A familiar voice said. I look over to my left to see someone with red hair, fair skin, blue eyes, and a lip piercing it was Diablo. He is the gang leader of Blackjack and he's Akari’s ex-boyfriend. I turn to see Akari trembling and turning away. “I thought I had told you to never come near us again,” I said in a stern voice. “You know I always did like that little fire you had, always wanted to put it out and put you in your place,” Diablo said smirking at me. I grind my teeth, grab him by his hair and pull him down to my level and say, “We deal with this on the rink or on my turf you got that.” He stumbled back onto some of his members when I let him go. “Let’s take this to the rink, when I win I get to take you out and I get to see Akari whenever I want.” He said sounding smug. “Fine but when I win you have to apologize to Akari and never come here again. Deal, we both say.
