“What's happening now, Leonid?” Vladimir questioned as he returned to the room.
Leonid, wanting him to see for himself, switched on the blank screen, and made a quick connection.
A live play of Hedeon and the other guys in the car, on their way to the Greene villa came up.
“Boss Hedeon, can you hear me?” he asked.
“I can. Can you see us?”
“Yes we can.”
Vladimir watched attentively. Everything was still going smoothly, until it wasn't.
A screeching sound had everyone sitting up. In a split second, rounds went off.
“Andrei?” Vladimir called with his eyes focused intensely on the gun exchange going on, just as he had predicted would happen.
“Yes boss?”
“The commissioner will call soon. You'll answer.”
Andrei nodded, and stepped out immediately to be on the lookout for the call.
