Story #4: A Love Story is Not a Fairytale

Once upon a time, there were two high school students named Mia and Liam. They had known each other since they were kids, but they never really talked much until their sophomore year. They were both in the school play together and they ended up bonding over their shared love of acting.
Mia had always thought Liam was cute but she never had the courage to talk to him, but as they spent more time together rehearsing for the play, she began to realize that Liam was not only cute, but also funny, kind and smart. Liam felt the same way about Mia, but he was too shy to tell her.
As the play approached, they both found themselves becoming more nervous and anxious, not only about their performances but also about their feelings for each other. On the night of the play, as they were waiting backstage, Liam mustered up the courage and confessed his love to Mia, and to his surprise, she felt the same way.
From that night on, they were inseparable, they went to all the school events together, they studied together and they even got part-time jobs together. They were the perfect couple, they supported each other and they were each other's biggest fans.
As graduation approached, they were faced with the reality of going to different colleges. They were both heartbroken at the thought of being apart, but they knew that their love was strong enough to withstand the distance. They made a promise to make it work, no matter what. They wrote to each other every day, and they visited each other as often as they could.
Years went by and they both graduated from college, they both got jobs in the same city and they were finally able to be together again. They got married and started a family, and they were happier than they ever thought possible. They knew that their love story was not a fairy tale, but it was a true love story that would last a lifetime.
