MIKE'S POV. Conrad and I have been friends for the longest time I can remember, our friendship started from childhood, Condra is married with two kids, around Jace and Clary age. we have been Business partners for a long time now. Sat behind the large desks talking to Conrad the Alpha of the stone moon pack and I being his Beta and old accomplice. He has been the Alpha of this pack, for over twenty years we have kept our pack safe by pledging our allegiance to the black sheep secretly for over the years. Conrad and we discussed our plans secretly and quietly as we could. My fingers tapping nervously against the surface. “You know if we are going to make this work we need a solid plan” I murmured glancing around to make sure no one is eavesdropping. “Timing is everything. We can't rush this; we need to be patient.” Conrad said, taking a sip of his coffee, his eyes scanning the room before setting his eyes on me. “I know that Conrad but we are far behind in schedule for delivery”I said in reminder. “We have to be careful” Conrad murmurs his voice grave with caution. “If anyone finds out the black sheep will have our heads” conrad said fear evident in his voice. I nodded, my expression resolute. “ I know it's risky, but the Black sheep will have our heads if it's does not have it's shipment” I said in reminder. “Are our men ready and prepared for this job, I what a clean and smooth job in and out” Conrad said firmly. “Our men are alert and ready for a smooth delivery” I said reassuring him. “Think about it, if we pick the right moment it will be smooth,” Conrad said. “Exactly” I said “But the Black sheep hasn't given us enough time” Conrad said and continued and his voice dropped further. “But the Black sheep has to understand that we have to carefully lay down our plans and proceed with caution” I said “Mike, you and I know that the Black sheep doesn't have patience,” Conrad said, reminding me. “The black sheep is not to messed with, give it what it's want, we get paid and our pack will be safe” Conrad said agitated “Okay look at this map. we can sit near the park close to the water fall no one will suspect a thing, it's a perfect plan no one will see it coming” I said pointing out the spot on the map. “Good Idea” Conrad commented “And we'll need something to keep them quiet, you know?” I said firmly. “Just to make sure everything go as planned” Conrad, his tone taking a darker edge. But he quickly masks it with a chuckle. I relaxed more on my chair, and my gaze drifted to the window. “Yeah, we will be in and out before anyone knows they are gone. Just like we discussed.” I said, returning my attention to me, with a glint of mischief in his eyes. “It has to be perfect, no room for mistakes,” Conrad said. We continued our hushed conversation, the atmosphere thickened with a sense of urgency and secrecy. ★★★★★★★★★★ I got back from the discussion I had with the alpha, Selene wasn't home, but I wasn't expecting her to be home. I know she would be spending money or chit-chatting with one of her friends. While the children Jace and Clary would be hanging out with their friends, shopping or partying somewhere. I sat down comfortable in my properly furnished living room, the warm glow of the lamp casting the cozy hue over the tastefully decorated space. Suddenly an unwelcome knock echoed through the door. Knowing that Selene, Jace and Clary had their own key, it couldn't be Alpha Conrad because I'm just coming from his office. With a frown I stood up and made my way to the door, irritation evident in my face. Looking through the pinhole, I saw a young woman and looked closely at _ Miranda, someone who I was not expecting. Reluctantly, I opened the door, my body language clearly sending the lack of enthusiasm. Miranda with desperation in her eyes. “Uncle Mike I know this is not a good time but I need your help” Miranda said at the verge of crying. “My mother is in the hospital and she needs urgent medical care. I have some money saved up but it's not enough,”Miranda explained. She pleaded for financial support and her voice trembled with emotions. And the only thing I could make out from this was her curved hips, properly cupped and round breasts and her amazingly designed body. It's so surprising how small Miranda of those years have grown into a fully matured beautiful young woman, her hips hung to her jeans, looking like she ran Miles her T- shirt soaked form her sweat, making her breast a little visible. She is beautiful, having a structure of a goddess made from heavens. As I observed her an insidious idea began to form in my head. A sinister smile played at the corner of my lips as I invited her inside, as my demeanor shifted from reluctant host to conniving schemer. I sat her down while listening to her heart breaking story, and crafting my own deceitful plan. I know my brother will be rolling on the grave with this little plan I have in place for his little princess. But what can a dead man do but to roll in his grave in silence. Offering her a glass of water I excused myself momentarily, disappearing into the depth of my lavish home. In my private sanctuary, away from prying eyes, I opened my safe and counted the crisp banknote Nestled within. Returning to the sitting room I gave Miranda a generous sum of money far from what she expected and asked for. Her eyes widened in shock and astonishment but quickly masked it with gratitude, relief and tears glistening in the light. But little did she know my kindness was but a facade_ mask for darkness that lurked within.
