Episode 4: She Against The World

1376 Words
For the first time in my life, I saw a different version of Amelia I hadn't witnessed before. I've always known her to be a bully and certainly not a murderer. I coughed and wept at the same time. I checked my hands and saw my blood. I touched my lips and discovered it was torn. I had no mirror, but I could tell how messier my spotless face had become. I glanced around, hoping to find a weapon to stab Amelia to death, but I couldn't find one. I was desperate to end her life, even if it meant having my head chopped off and fed to the vultures. Even in death, I would be elated that I was able to accomplish something. “Looking for this?” Amelia grabbed a small dagger and flickered it on my face. She read my thoughts. I thought I was in control. I was wrong. Amelia has always been two steps ahead of me, and today just proved that. “I've always waited for this moment all my life where I finally slit your throat with a dagger and watch you bleed to death slowly,” Amelia threatened me. She was getting too close. I tried to be on my feet again, and she kicked me. I fell to the ground again. I couldn't scream or call for help, knowing that it would be a total waste of time. Nobody would want to listen to me. Everyone wants me gone. It's funny how I've suddenly become a rejected stone in my father's pack. “Please don't kill me. I wish to stay alive. I promise not to show my face anymore,” I pleaded with Amelia to spare my life. I was already used to begging for her mercy. “You don't want to die? Did I just hear you say that? You're dead to me. It's just a matter of time before you join your coward of a father in the underworld. Wouldn't that be a perfect reunion?” Amelia chuckled. If she could treat me this way, Derek would be worse. I would need a miracle to survive a day in his pack, where he is entitled to hurt me and get away with it. “You proud b***h! You were the most talked about girl in school. Oh, everyone wants to be seen around Vivian because she's what? Remarkable? Guess who's having the last laugh now." Amelia faced the wall to speak. From her tone, I could tell how hurt she was. I haven't seen her that weak before. “What has that got to do with me?” I asked her in a faint tone. “Everything!” She raged. “Everything, Vivian. You were so great in school and made it difficult for anyone to be noticed. How does that make you feel? If you were in my shoes, I bet you would do worse,” she bemoaned. It's clear to me where the problem started from. “You should have spoken to me about it. I had no idea you were going through pain,” I said gently. I felt a bit satisfied knowing why Amelia had always resented me. All these years, I've wondered why. There's nothing I did that was ever impressive in the eyes of Amelia. Not for once did I think this was the reason. “Come talk to you about it so you could mock me? "I'd rather die than do that,” she flared up. I stayed mute to carefully select my words and avoid pissing her off. She still had a dagger in her possession that was yearning to be pierced down my throat anytime soon. “It's never too late to sort this out. Killing me isn't an option. It won't take away your hate towards me. You have got to trust me. I know what I'm talking about,” I advised Amelia. I wasn't certain if that was the right thing to say. Slowly, I edged closer to her, attempting to snatch the dagger. It increases my chances of staying alive. “Goodbye, you little punk.” Amelia raised the dagger to my neck region. As she was about to stab me, Derek walked inside. The next minute, I saw the dagger in my possession. How it got to my hands was a mystery to me. Not even the moon goddess would unravel it. “What's happening?” Derek asked in a baritone voice. I was too shocked to even speak in my defense. I was unable to drop the dagger either. Like a statue, I stood there glaring at them like a lost soul. “What are you doing here?” Derek focused attention on Amelia after I refused to speak. “I came looking for you only to find her here. Thanks to the stars, you came right on time. She wanted to stab me with the dagger for blowing her cover,” Amelia lied and started crying to back her claims. No, that's not true. She's lying. I can't possibly hurt anyone. You know that's not possible. I hurriedly dropped the dagger. My senses were restored. “She's telling a lie? Guess who we found with the dagger? You! How do you explain that? Derek questioned me. With his terrifying look, he got closer and stood right in front of me. In an attempt to avert an impending punch from Derek, I slipped and twisted my ankle. He wasn't bothered. He watched me groan in pain and still kicked me. He forcefully pulled me up and grabbed my shirt. “You're a piece of s**t. You know that right?” “Please, take me to the physician. I require urgent treatment. This pain is killing me,” I pleaded. I wasn't bothered about Amelia's allegations against me anymore. I only cared about fixing my twisted ankle. “I see. I guess I know what you need,” Derek giggled and tossed me on his bed. Right in the presence of Amelia, he pulled down his panties and tore my skirt and shirt. My breasts and thighs were on display. I struggled to evade being r***d while I nurtured the pain from my fractured ankle. “Please, don't do this.” I halted Derek with an upraised arm. Fighting him would be suicidal. “I shouldn't do what? You're my mate. You can't tell me when to have s*x with you.” He took off his belt and flogged me like a common thief while Amelia laughed to mock me. “Do it, Derek. Do it,” she yelled at Derek and chanted his praise to motivate him. I became weak and finally gave in to Derek's demand. It was pointless struggling against Derek, knowing that I would never emerge victorious. He brought out his elongated p***s and slotted it inside my v****a. I fought back tears as Derek choked and forcefully made love to me to his satisfaction. Not even my tears to earn his pity. He stood up after a couple of minutes of aggressive cuddling. He was breathing heavily like a soldier who just conquered an entire pack. “Come take her away. Ensure she's dressed. Find someone to fix her ankle. We leave for the Nightfall pack by sunset tomorrow,” Derek authorized Amelia, who has been watching us the whole time like an adult movie. I covered my face in shame. I can't even look Amelia in the eyes after she has witnessed my humiliation. “I want Anna to come with me to the nightfall pack,” I demanded with a hint of doubt. I wasn't certain if Derek was going to grant my request. “Why Anna? Amelia here would be very helpful,” Derek proposed. “Amelia?” I exclaimed. I would rather die than have Amelia around me. It's Anna I want." “Go summon Anna immediately. Tell her I need to see her,” Derek instructed Amelia. I refused to get my hopes so high. I wasn't certain why Derek needed Anna to show up. I was scared that he already suspected that Anna aided my escape. How stupid I was to have mentioned Anna in a difficult time like this.
