More protesters. This time benefiting day two of the Marine Mammal Conference. Technically, the International Whaling Commission was still meeting for another day, but most of it was formalities. Many of the delegates and observers had ventured over to a hotel on the other side of Mission Bay, where the new series of meetings would take place. While Heather noticed many changes among the faces inside the hotel, most on the outside remained the same. The same tired group of protesters who had dogged the Whaling Commission all week.
