Chapter 24

Colin POV

I’m driving back home and recap the day. I’m extremely relieved that the waitress interrupted us just as Nora asked me about my trip, so I didn’t have to lie to her about what ‘business’ I had to handle. A flashback pops up in my head.

“That’s settled then, Mr. Davies. It was nice doing business with you. I assume that there won’t be any trouble arranging the other part with Mr. Tanaka?” César Bernard says in his french accent as he shakes my hand.

“It will all be arranged this saturday. You’ll hear from me by monday.” I shake his hand firmly and turn around to leave.

“Remember what’s at stake, mr. Davies.” He calls after me and I pause my steps for a moment.

“No need to remind me, mr. Bernard.” I say without turning around and I continue my way out.

I park the car in the underground garage and as soon as I get out I grab my phone and call Nate.

“What’s up brother?” He answers his phone.

“Are you in your loft?” I ask as I walk towards the elevator.

“Yes, why?” Nate asks, confused.

“I’ll tell you in a minute. Make sure Jared is there too.” I hang up and the doors close and I go up.

When the doors open again I walk to Nate’s door and type in the code to unlock it. Both my brothers are sitting on Nate's couch and seem to be confused about my phone call. I walk into the kitchen to grab myself a drink and come back with a glass of whiskey.

“Well, what’s wrong Colin?” Jared asks as I sit down on the couch.

“You know we have this meeting with Tanaka this evening, right?” I look at both of them and they nod.

“I want extra security in and around the club tonight. Nora and Eliza are coming along and I don’t want trouble.” I know the nerves are noticeable in my voice.

“Oh, she’s bringing her hot friend?” Jared smiles excited.

“Not the time to be joking, Jared. This is serious business. You know what’s going to happen when I can’t get the deal with Tanaka.” I glare at him and he adjusts his posture.

“I’m sorry Colin, you’re right.”

“I’ll make sure we have our best men with us tonight. Don’t worry, everything is going to be fine.” Nate tries to assure but it doesn’t really help. I quickly finish my drink and get up again.

“We’re picking them up at 10pm so be ready at 9:30.” I say to them as I open the door and they both salute me before I close the door behind me. I take the elevator to the penthouse and as soon as I get out I take off my shirt and let myself fall to the floor to do some push up to let off some tension. After I have done a hundred push ups I get back up and go to the kitchen and grab a bottle of water out of the fridge. I drink the whole bottle on my way to the bathroom and take off the rest of my clothes before I get into the shower. I let the warm water stream over my body as I wash my hair. My thoughts wander off to Nora and just by thinking of her my c*ck starts to grow hard. Damn, what I would do to explore every inch of her body and to feel her wetness around my c*ck. I stroke my shaft harder until I explode and shots of c*m release themselves. After letting myself relax again I wash my body and rinse it off. I grab a towel and dry myself off. My phone beeps, I open it and see it’s the groupchat.

Jared: Are we getting some food on our way to the girls or are you guys ordering in?

Nate: I was thinking about pizza.

Colin: One day you’re gonna wake up, transformed into a pizza. Get your asses up here in 30 minutes. I’ll make pasta.

I put on a simple t-shirt and sweatpants before I go to the kitchen to make pasta for me and my brothers. After a half hour I hear the door of the elevator open and when I look over my shoulder I see Nate and Jared walk in.

“What did you make, big bro?” Jared lays his arm over my shoulder and peaks into the pot.

“Chicken Alfredo.” I say as I put the pasta in the pot.

“Smells good.” Nate peaks over my other shoulder and I sigh.

“Make yourself useful and grab some plates.”

They set the table and I fill up the plates with the pasta. During dinner we discuss our tactic on how we’re going to make the deal with Tanaka.

“I hope it will be settled quickly so I can have fun with Nora’s friend.” Jared rubs his hands together in excitement and Nate and I both pinch the bridge of our nose.

“Try to behave yourself please.” Nate sighs.

“I always do.” Jared glares at him and we all burst out laughing.

“Come on, let's get ready for tonight. We need to leave in thirty minutes.” I say as I get up and collect the plates.

“I’ll meet you guys downstairs. William will drive us with the limo.” Jared and Nate both nod their heads and step in the elevator. I start to load the dishwasher, although I have Maria to do the housekeeping I find this the least I can do. When the dishwasher is loaded I go to my walk-in closet to change into a pair of black jeans and a black shirt, finishing with my Rolex. I quickly trim my beard above the sink in the bathroom and spray on some deodorant and perfume. I style my hair smoothly with wax and then I brush my teeth before I put on my leather jacket and shoes and take the elevator downstairs. When the elevator doors open I see Nate standing next to the limo, talking to William. Nate is wearing light blue jeans, a white shirt, his black leather jacket and white sneakers.

“Hello sir.” William nods.

“Good evening, William.” I shake his hand.

“Where is Jared?” I ask Nate, who shrugs.

“I called Lewis. He gathered our best men in the club tonight.” Nate informs me. Lewis is our head of security, he knows what risks there are tonight so he’ll probably won’t have the rookies set up tonight. At least, I hope so. The elevator opens again and Jared walks out with a big smile on his face. Jared wears dark, ripped skinny jeans, a black shirt, blue sneakers and his leather jacket.

“Are you ready boys?” He rubs his hands together enthusiastically, and almost hops towards us.

“You’re pretty excited.” Nate smirks as he raises his eyebrows. Jared lays his arm around Nate’s shoulder.

“Well, why wouldn’t I be? I get to spend the evening with a smoking hot woman and maybe, maybe she’ll wake up in my bed tomorrow.”

I roll my eyes and smile. Nate shakes his head, laughing.

“Come on, let’s get the girls.” I say as William holds the door open.
