Chapter 45
Colin POV After saying goodbye to Nora I take the elevator one floor down to Nate’s loft. Nora was getting ready to take a bath and oh man what I would give to just join her and not go to this cargo trade with Li Tanaka. I can only hope there won’t be any trouble and we can go back home quickly but knowing the Chinese mafia there probably are going to be struggles. Tanaka’s daughter Jia is such a brat, I can’t stand her and she’ll probably do or say something to f*ck things up. I never understood why he let his daughter join those trades, it’s no place for a kid. Since she turned eighteen last year I noticed that her fascination towards me has grown bigger but I still see her as that innocent little kid from years ago. Now she’s just a rotten b***h with the same craziness as her father.
