Chapter 7 Feeding the poor The food bank was temporarily at the Veterans Hall. The patrons waited patiently to be served and lined out the door. Joshua and Sarah met with John, who ran the Food Bank. "We have to get the food out and place it on the warming trays, and we need to keep these trays warm all of the time at the correct temperature otherwise the food inspector will shut us down when they make their inspection," John informed them. "They should make two rounds today." Joshua and Sarah immediately went to work together by placing the food on the pans. They lighted the heat canisters and set the containers above them.
