Sarah rolled the cart up to the airport attendant where the checking in the unit was, as they bid Maggie goodbye and watched her get back into her car to drive off.
"I'm checking all of these bags," Sarah told the attendant.
The airport attendant looked at Joshua before asking if he intended upon checking in his backpack, to which he declined politely, planning to carry it along with himself. They got things sorted out and headed forward, through the lines, before arriving at the checkpoint. Sarah and Joshua tendered their passports and IDs upon request from the airport attendant, who let them through after checking them.
They walked a little further before arriving at the second checkpoint.
