He saw his mother Mary and Joseph who was right by his side. He was laying on Joseph's tallit, a Hebrew prayer shawl, and beneath it was a feeding trough full of hay. He was a baby crying, having just come out of his mother's womb. A bright light shone through the roof, and he heard Mary in joyous tone saying; "Oh, my Emmanuel" as three wise men walked in to see him who had been told by the Angels of his presence and wanted to know if it was true. They walked in and stared at the child with curiosity before leaving abruptly to tell the nations of his birth. He was the symbol and representative of the human life he would lead. He could see from there and then that his life did not fall within the privileged luxury, but he remained appreciative of who he was and what he was about to do for
