Chapter Twenty-FourThe Christmas break was well and truly over, and the English students began exam preparations, dissertation meetings, as well as the new modules for semester two.
“I can't believe the second year is almost over,” Juliette said to the others as they ate lunch in the canteen. The conversation was centred around their little table, but her eyes were elsewhere. Across the room seated with the other lecturers she could see him, looking as handsome as ever.
“I'm feeling the pressure,” admitted Evelyn, “so much reading, so little time.”
