IN BED WITH THE ALPHA KING
KAEL
I needed to clear my head. It was a mess, and Kion wasnt making it easier. His heat was rolling
through me like a wildfire, demanding release, driving me toward the hunt. I needed to get out,
to lose myself in something-or someone.
Anyways I pulled up at Rosé my club, Lunaris best. I didn't expect I'd find the most beautiful girl
ever.
I wasn't expecting tö see her—the girl who
didn't just enter the room but owned it. Her
piercing blue eyes caught the light like shards of ice, her lips full and painted the color of
temptatiön. With her wavy hair tumbling över
bare shoulders, she looked almost ethereal.
Unreal, like a dream crafted just to torment me.”
Everything about her screamed dangerous. f**k she was beautiful.
Kion growled from the moment he saw her side view, drinking what looked like her fifth drink.
That gorgeous ass of hers perfectly curved. The worst was her scent. There was something
primal about the way her natural scent curled around me, both sweet and
sharp, pulling me under like an undertow I couldn't fight. God, what perfume did she use?
It wasn't just her body —it was everything
about her. Her scent, her confidence, the way
she carried herself, all of it hit me like a damn
tidal wave. Kion growled in agreement, but it
wasn't just him. I wanted her, but it felt
dangerous. Too dangerous.
And of course I had spoken to her.
I shouldn't have spoken to her.
Not because I regretted it—hell no. But because now she was in my car, and I couldn’t focus on
the damn road. Every breath she took filled the air with her intoxicating scent, a maddening
blend of sweetness and spice that made Kion pace in my mind like a caged animal.
“You’ve been staring at me for five minutes,” she slurred, her voice low and teasing. “Careful,
Alpha. You might crash.”
I forced my eyes back to the road, gripping the steering wheel tighter. "Maybe you shouldn't
make it so damn hard to focus.”
She laughed softly, the sound light but dangerous. “Me? Distracting? You’re the one who
kidnapped me from my drink.”
“Kidnapped?” I shot her a look, my lips twitching. “You came willingly, princess.”
“Maybe I did,” she said, leaning back against the seat, her lips curving into a smirk. “Maybe I just
wanted to see if the Alpha King lives up to his reputation.”
The way she said it—like a dare—made Kion growl again. My jaw tightened as I ignored him.
“And what reputation is that?”
She turned her head to look at me, her blue eyes glinting even in the dim light of the car.
“Arrogant. Dangerous. Full of himself.”
I chuckled, low and rough. “All true. Anything else?”
“Hot,” she said, her gaze dropping to my hands on the wheel before sliding up to my face. “But
you already know that, don’t you?”
My chest rumbled with a quiet laugh. She was drunk, tipsy enough to flirt with me, but still sharp
enough to make it sting. “And you’re trouble,” I said, glancing at her. “That’s clear enough.”
“Trouble?” She tilted her head, her hair falling over one shoulder. “You don’t even know me.”
“Yet,” I said, echoing her earlier words.
She rolled her eyes, but her smile lingered. “Whatever, Alpha. Just drive.”
The silence during the ride had been anything
but calm. Her scent clung to the air, each breath took dragging me closer to the edge. By the
time we reached my apartment, I wasn't sure if it was Kion or me who was more desperate.”
Kion grôwled low in my head, his presence a
constant shadow in my thoughts. He didn't just
want her; he needed her, and his demands were becoming impossible to ignore.
I got out first, rounding the car to open her door. She stepped out, her heels clicking against the
pavement, her balance slightly off. I caught her elbow before she could stumble.
She took a step clöser, her heels clickīng softly against the wooden floor. Her gaze never left
mine, a mix of curiosity, challenge and something darker simmering beneath the surface.
"What now? she repeated, her voice sofer this
tỉme, almöst daring and slurring.
Kion was a breath away from snapping, and honestly, so was I.
I stepped forward, clösing the distance between us in one stride. My hand reached up, brushing
a strand of hair from her face, and she didn't move away. Instead, she tilted her head slightly,
her lips parting in the subtlest invitation. God, the way she reacted to my touch.
"What do you want, princess?" I asked, my voice low and rough, the restraint in it hanging by a
thread.
Her hand came up, fingertips brushing against my chest, her touch light but scorching. “I don't
think you want me to answer that.” she
murmured, her eyes flicking up t o meet mine.
Her lips were so close now, the scent öf her
intöxicating. "Oh, I think I do.” I said, my võice
a growl.
She didn't wait for me to close the gap. She
rose onto her toes, her lips pressing against
mine. The kiss was söft at first, tentative, but it
didn't stay that way for long.
Her hands slid up to grip my shoulders as I
pulled her closer, my arm wrapping around her
waist to anchor her to me. The taste of her
was intoxicating, sweeter than I imagined, and
her soft moan against my mouth was enough
tỏ make Kion roar.
I backed her up against the wall, the sound of me, making it damn near impossible to let go. My mouth trailed from her neck to her earlobes
leaving kisses in my wake.
“Kael..” she breathed again. The way she said my name made me want to turn her around and
fuck her on this wall. I don't know how long I could wait. More like Kion, he was literally growling
in my head. He definitely didn't like the slow burn, he wanted it fast and now.
“Yes baby..” I bit her earlobes causing her to arch her back to move closer to my touch. My
hands still kneading her ass relentlessly.
“I'm not going to break you know..” she mumbled, her fingers digging deep in my shoulders. My
hands moved from her ass back to her waist.
“What do you mean princess?” I bit her earlobes again and she whimpered. Leaning in closer
for more of my touch.
"I don't think you know just how much I need
this." she murmured, her voice a little uneven but brimming with boldness. Her gaze flicked up
to mine, daring me. “If you did, you wouldn't be handling me like I might break."
I froze for a second, her words sinking in,
before a slow smirk tugged at my lips. Oh, she
wanted me to let go? She didn't know what she was asking for-but I was more than willing to
give it.
“You should have said that earlier princess” I whispered on her neck. My voice husky as I trail
kisses and love bites all of her neck. One of my hands sliding upwards from her waist to grip her
neck.
“Fuck..” she whined as I choked her slightly. Her back arching on the wall and hands still on my
shoulder.
“I didn't know you liked it rough,” I murmured,
my lips brushing her ear as I tightened my grip
ever so slightly.
“Just f*****g touch me.” She whined. She was a needy thing and I was ready to devour her.
“Patience princess” My other hand releases her waist and trails down to the hem of her dress
before slipping my hands between her thighs.
“Kael..” she moaned, her hands digging deeper into my shoulders. I brought my mouth back to
her lips as my hands still gripped her neck and trailed higher between her thighs.
her back hitting it pulling another gasp fröm her lips. My mouth left hers, trailing down her jaw to
her neck, where her pulse fluttered against my lips.
"Kael…” she breathed, her voice barely audible, her nails digging into my shoulders as I
pressed kisses along her thröat.
Her moans served as fuel for my drive. My hands slid down, gripping her curves as if they were
made to fit in my palms. The softness beneath my fingers sent a jolt thrôugh
“You okay?” I asked, my voice softer than I intended.
She looked up at me, her cheeks flushed, her lips parted. “Do I look okay?”
I smirked. “You look perfect. But that’s beside the point.”
Her breath hitched, and for a moment, I thought she might slap me—or kiss me. Instead, she
pulled away and headed toward the building, her steps confident despite her tipsy state.
I followed her inside, watching the way her dress clung to her curves, the sway of her hips. Kion
was practically howling now, urging me to close the distance between us.
By the time we got to my apartment, the tension between us was unbearable. I unlocked the
door, pushing it open and stepping aside to let her in.
“Nice place,” she said, her voice casual as she glanced around.
“Thanks,” I said, shutting the door behind us.
She turned to face me, her eyes bright and a little glassy. “So... what now?”
