The Wolf Cub Awakening Trial was just about to kick off.
The trial was held inside Red Rock Canyon, where the terrain was twisted and tricky, full of unexpected nooks and crannies.
Lia was already standing inside the canyon, and she waved at me with a bright grin on her face.
"Mom, don't worry too much about me!" Lia called out.
I waved back, cheering her on silently. But in the blink of an eye, everything went wrong.
Kane caught Lia completely off guard, darting to her side out of nowhere and sticking his leg out. Lia stumbled hard and went flying forward, face-first toward the ground!
